The hotel was in great condition, very clean and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. A bit of a walk from the subway station when you have luggage, though lots of restaurants are in walking distance. Donki market and food court across the street if you need something quick. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room is perfect with sufficient space.
Quiet with excellent view.
Amenities are good and everything you need is well prepared.
You could definitely take a good rest here everyday.
Also, a biiiiiiig TV.

Great dining options within 15m walk and a visit to the Noritake museum well recommended

1. We called to have 2 more bottles of water, they said rooms provide 4 bottles of water, should be enough, extra water will cost 800yen per bottle
2. We asked if can help to make reservation in restaurant as they don’t speak English, they said wait for concierge to come back, but he has no one to serve & concierge has no one on duty by the time

The disappointing aspect was the lady on the help desk/ concierge desk that provided inaccurate & misleading information that if we had not looked further into it ourselves could have spoilt our trip to Nagoya.
