they did not allow me to even check in because short handed and no one could check us in but still charged me when we were forced to leave and sleep in our car

everything was clean and tidy and very well located

there was a lot of noise there are no security guards and a lot of homeless

secure

only 1 towel in room. too much hallway noise all night. No coffee in room

I don’t recommend this place

the property smell n dirty.. there only 2 towels in the bathroom

it’s a place for vagabonds and houses everyone are permanent living. not the cleanest or safest location.

how booking.com price and price at hotel was different. i put just enough for hotel on card from booking.com and when I went to check in card declined. had to add more to card.

firstly when we checked in we had to wait for the front desk to finish their smoking break, but he was nice and we gave the place the benefit of the doubt, the hallways were dirty and it smelled like cigarettes until we got to our room. the room looked old and dirty but we said it's just one night. Around 4:50 am the fire alarm started going off and that woke us all up, we tried to call the front desk but the phone had no connection so we went to check what was happening and we have to wait in the parking lot with all other guess until the firefighters arrived and finally turn the alarm, in the morning when we wake up i saw a cockroach and it grossed me out so much this was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel we live 1 hour from Sacramento and we wanted to spend a relaxing night since we had palanes the next day in the town. I work in hotel for 6years and this hotel need resources, training staff and better ownership.

the staff weren’t helpful. every time when i go out and back, my card wasn’t letting me get in so i had to go to the office to fix. And I kept doing that every time.

Staff was nice and great

The area there's a lot of activity for it to be at 127 and up it needs to be lower it's ghetto and smelly and alot of homeless bathroom toilet paper kept getting clogged bcuz the toilet papers are pretty much like hard ass paper and they hurt.!!!!!!

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice and helpful with refunding me a portion of my stay

No breakfast and location was ok

Cleaner and there was no carts for luggage

the property looked ok on the outside but inside was showing it’s age .

well upon entering the place look gloomy and dark . was showing it’s age . it did take 30mins for us to get checked in because the king room we reserved was not available. Floors looked dirty, carpet had stains . nothing looked like it went thru the 10 step cleaning process.

That was not a breakfast a package of oatmeal and a cup of hot water. No sugar cream fruit yogurt

Wasn’t clean, tub was broke and to top it off you have roaches and I don’t want to take them home

very outdate. the stove area was super dirty and the floor had a huge hole. our night lamps didn’t work.

area was bad carpet in hall ways were dirty and people doing drugs in parking lot.
