The staff is nice.

The room is dark, i couldn’t do my make up cause it was really dark. The bad was not comfortable and really hard. The breakfast non so good

Close to subway, small restaurants or cafes nearby. Quiet.

HSKP - The room wasn't well-cleaned and an old lunch box lid was found inside the cabinet. One of the ceiling light didnt work and the amenities didnt refill properly. I presumed majority room attendants were part time or casual labour so they didnt care about what service they provided. One day I approached a RA and asked for something, they never replied to me a word and just hand-in what I was looking for. Strange!!!

One of the staffs. Very rude and arrogant. Never expected such kind of staff in an international city like HKG

Room is clean and fair to thr price. TV is a little bit small; TV was not working and FM came to check and fix immediately politely. Hot water supply is good and stable.

Don't know why putting some plastic chair outside each room that they are not looking good and maybe not good for fire escape.

The room was spacious and it was clean when I checked in. F. O agent was efficiency and it only took within 5 minutes to proceed the check in process.

The room wasn't well-dusted and clean properly Some amenities even didn't refill. Used towels and rubbish were left in the bathroom.

Facilities are normal, no surprises.

Staff are irresponsible and impolite. They never give me the correct room i booked at first and they never tell me if my request of a king size bed is available or not until I ask them. Even i ask if the staff can make two twin bed together as one. They never try but just say cannot. I myself pushed the bed together instead at the end. Slow responded TV set. Air con degree cannot be changed and always at 20 which is way below 25.5 which was suggested. Disappointed.
