空調設備が悪かった

全体的に清潔でとても過ごしやすかった。

特に気になる点は無い。

it’s in the city center , near to the Central Park, where you can go shopping and eat delicious food underground. The Amenities like Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel has really good quality. I’ve been to many Hotels but the quality of the Conditioner for the Hair was best. The Room was cleaned everyday. The Breakfast Buffet has variety of different delicious japanese food , what I like most was the Cabbage salad with Sesame Dressing.

the Bed. it’s too small and short. I booked 2 rooms (single & double) for our Family group of 3 Adults, 1 & 4 years old . Double Room was described upon booking as double small bed so i thought it is with 2 small bed in 1 room. The single room looks exactly the same as the room with regards to Bed size. The Receptionist said , the Bed sizes are the same for single and double room although I paid more for double room than single room. To make the story short, my Husband and I together with the Baby and our 4 yrs. old squeeze in to one small so called „ double bed“ . The single room that I booked was for my mother, but my children doesn’t want to sleep together with her. The Toilet / Shower / Bathroom is also small like the Lavatory in the plane just it has a small bathtub inside.

Breakfast was good and the location was also perfect, just between Sakae station & Hisayaodori station! Staff are very courtious and friendly especially to foreigners like me

very convenient location, close to shopping area Sakae and the subway station. got everything you need in the room, it’s small but functional.

Lovely stay with friendly staff. Very close to many attractions including subway stations and the science museum. We made use of the drink service and coin laundry. The breakfast policies have changed due to Covid but we understand they are doing the best they can and appreciate their efforts.
