Location was perfect for the area we wanted to stay. Close to many restaurants, bars and sites of the city.

Great location (I stayed at the square which has a couple nice restaurants), friendly staff, good bed.

the bathroom was not very clean and the building is very noisy. If someone makes a Coffeys next door you can hear the machine. You can also hear other guests on the stairs.

Staff extremely helpful, loved the breakfasts served in baskets and delivered to your room

Location was fantastic and near amazing places to brunch or meet people. Would definitely recommend!

Sometimes you could hear the other guests walking upstairs but nothing major.

Being given a much more acceptable pleasing room in Flores Guest House in a much nicer building. This was quickly sorted out by the very kind lady from the office. She arranged a complimentary breakfast for us which we thoroughly enjoyed thank you.

The first room we were given, it was absolutely awful. It was across the road from the reception/booking office and not at all what we were expecting.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location: close enough to downtown but street is silent at night. Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast in good price delivered in basket to the room. Air conditioning.

Room and bathroom are tiny. Doors to the bathroom couldn't be closed. You can hear every noise from the staircase.

Good location, lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The mini kitchen inside the room was also a nice detail, especially when travelling with a toddler

The building is very outdated, there was mold on all the windows, the pipes were old and kept bursting and after a heavy rain we had water running from the ceiling and the top of the windows. My friends also had a very foul smell in their room. Although all of our complaints were addressed super quickly by the staff (including a new room for my friends), the all in all experience was not great. I will not come back to this property and will not recommend to others.

The location is perfect, near the city centre, comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, had a teapot and coffee machine in the room, so it's a good option to stay for a several nights

The curtain on the window in the bathroom would be nice to have

The cleaning lady was very pleasant and easy to be helpful. Nice kitchen area to put my own food. The keypad was easy to use for getting into the building and into the upstairs hall. My most pleasant experience was a fellow on the street as a painter he's kind of well known in that area and I enjoyed speaking with him but that has nothing to do with the hotel of course.

Unfortunately there's a motion detector in the hall is not properly connected so it went on and off all night long. the light and the clicking sound of the detector make sleeping difficult. I did tell the staff lady about it I'm sure she was aware of it but she said she'd have it fixed we'll see.

it’s location is quite a distance from facilities such as Metro, large supermarkets etc.

Brilliant location….walking distance to centre and situated in a peaceful but lively square. Lovely atmosphere day and night. Property was modern interior, very clean and had access to a small kitchen.

The bathroom was very small but managed fine for a short break.
