The staff, a nice welcome and eventhough we had a delay we were accommodated easily

The state of the place, the outdoor furniture was mostly broken The location, right above a tram and very loud and rowdy street The size, 11 people hardly fit comfortably

There was a bad smell from the drains in the bathrooms. It was so bad we had to buy candles to mask the smell.

The location was excellent, walking distance to bars, restaurants, nightlife, shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were a group of 8 and it was big enough for our group, I'd say anymore than 10 and it would he a squeeze. The host was friendly. I would stay here again if we visit again.

No AC, so it could be very warm in the summer. The fancy big bedroom backs on to a very busy street, so bring your ear plugs. There could have been some more toilet rolls. We only received 2 sets of keys between 8 people, 3 would have been better.

House is too cold some heatings not working toilets and bathrooms smell of pis, they have not clean probably,I booked for 11 people to stay we only have bed for 10, then someone has to sleep in the sofa

Beautiful apartment on the third floor of a charming period property near Praça Luís de Camoes. Great central location and charmingly presented. Wonderful sitting room and dining room which was great to accommodate our group of 10 adults. The bedrooms are all nice, but be aware they vary in size from the four poster bedroom with lots of space to the much more modest double bedrooms. The free mid-week clean was very welcome to keep the appartment in good condition.

Being so central and in the Bairro Alto with the Cameos Arts Clubs downstairs meant it was noisy at times. The Lisbon nightlife continued late into the night/morning. Therefore probably not best suited for groups with children. Only two sets of keys for 10 people was a bit of a struggle. The kitchen could do with some more equipment such as a food processor and more glasses.
