Close to DFW, even with the air traffic it was quiet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A few issues with the equipment in the room, but for the most part, they were addressed by staff and they attempted to get the issue resolved.

In the handicap rooms, please have a mirror at the desk. It is difficult to stand for t j e mirror in the bathroom and at the long mirror there is nothing to put makeup or anything on. Also in the bathroom have a shelf to put itms on like shaver, tooth brush, etc. This is very typical of most hotels.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Fairly quiet for being so close to the airport.

It took 45 minutes for shuttle driver to pick me up at the airport after I called the hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am on weekends and I had an 8:30 am flight so didn’t get breakfast. Their coffee was bad.

the bed was comfy and clean, good for a great sleep. the room had a apartment-size refrigerator, electric stove top, even a dishwasher. the shower was terrific but the shampoo candy was either broken or empty - a good thing I brought my own shampoo.

the room’s layout wasn’t the best. the tiny couch was barely useful and location of TV forced watching sideways in the bed (ok for one, but with two, one person can be in the way for the other to watch). the worst part of our room 317 was the air conditioner, which didn’t work properly - the room temp was 75, too warm when I wanted to go to sleep, so I set the thermostat to 68 and went to bed. I woke up later when I heard this loud and continuous thinking noise and noticed no cool air coming out. I adjusted it to 70 and the noise went away, but later, I woke again to the same loud thunking sound so I just turned it off. as a result, I didn’t get a good night’s rest at all and it remained so warm that I had to kick off the bed’s comforter and sleep with only a single sheet. lastly, the ‘mini-store’ at the registration desk seemed to have much higher prices than expected. I bought 2 bags of chips and a small hagendaz ice cream and later saw the charges were over $20 on the room’s bill.

Very comfortable room, large size, very well appointed kitchen. Standard bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was well soundproofed since this was close to the airport. Really nice lobby and good breakfast provided.

It was difficult to get a shuttle pick up from the international airport. Someone had to call the hotel for me to get a pick up and I waited nearly 1 hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was past 10pm, and there was only one staff doing the check in, and he had to field several phone calls as well. I had to enquire about check out time the next morning in the end.

Convenient, but without a car difficult to get food besides Doordash

The entire staff was excellent and very helpful if ever needed. Always greeted us upon entering the building. Food was good, Will stay there amytime i visit Dallas
