Great location, lovely apartment. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this apartment. Longer stays might require laundering and the washer is not what you might expect if you’re from the US. However, all the other positives made up for this short coming. If I had it to do over, I’d have laundry service.

This is a great property with 3 bedroons and 3 baths. Very confortable for a family of 5. Building has some yesrs but the apartment has been maintained and is very clean. It has all appliances needed to cook and do laundry. Property manager was very responsive and helped with check-in and check-out. Mery also helped providing great advise for trabsportation, restaurants and other.

My husband and 10 year old daughter and I stayed at this property in early March. We had a wonderful experience. The building itself is very clean and safe, and the elevator door opens directly to the apartment so there is very little shared space for those with COVID concerns. The apartment is gorgeous. The owner has impeccable taste and it includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. It is in a quiet street that nevertheless is within one block of everything you could need- a subway line, parks, shopping, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. A car is not needed but for those who are driving, free parking is pretty easily accessible on nearby side streets and garages are plentiful. We had a fabulous stay in Buenos Aires thanks to the comfort and convenience of this property!

We stayed for one week and used this apartment as a base to explore all of Buenos Aires. All the comforts: WiFi, tv, washing machine, AC, full kitchen. Subway is across the street. Walking distance to key sights, great restaurants, and shops. Carlos and Alex were attentive and very organized, and Maria (property manager) was thorough and patient in explaining everything to us. Three bedrooms and three baths (one is smaller and “maid’s room”) allowed us to spread out and feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much. It comfortably accommodated five adults and is located near many restaurants, shops and museums. Carlos was a pleasure to work with; responding immediately to questions and anticipating in advance, information we might find useful for our stay. I am a man, traveling with 2 women. The 3 bathrooms were very much appreciated. The place is perfectly located. Close to all, plenty of cabs available if you don't walk. But it is very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Maria recommended a bicycle tour which we loved. You get to see places you never would get to on your own. 4 hours with plenty of stops and lunch on your own in La Boca. (Don't miss it...Go on your own if not by bike) Make sure you visit the Cemetery (just a few blocks from the apartment!) Go to a Tango show! (Maria can help with that too!) Have a Parilla lunch or dinner. Take a day trip to Uruguay. Enjoy the great City and people of B.A. and make this apartment your base and a grand place to come home to at any time!!

This apartment/ flat is an excellent value with superb amenities/decor and located in a safe and affluent part of Buenos Aires. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Buenos Aires, loved the apartment and the wonderful service and assistance provided by the owners Carlos & Alex and Maria, on-site office administrator. Everyone was so helpful in providing good advice and suggestions on what to see and do in Buenos Aires. We went to BA to pick up our daughter who was finishing a semester abroad at the University of Palermo. As long time VRBO users, we spent days looking for the best value - and think we found it! This apartment is perfectly situated on a nice side street very close to the Cemetery, the weekend markets, restaurants, and the main streets to catch buses, cabs, etc. The apartment itself was perfect for 5 people - doable with a 6th for a few nights. Carlos (the owner) was very responsive and Maria (his local manager) equally as so. From check in, to mid week touching base, cleaning, and check out - this was a great value in the perfect location and we would stay again. Thank you!

Our daughter, who was studying in Montevideo, had a week off, so we decided to meet her and her boyfriend for a week in Buenos Aires. The owner of this apartment was very flexible with our arrangements so our daughter could come 1 day earlier than us. The apartment is well-located in an excellent neighborhood. We did have to take the small elevator twice to get all of us up to the 7th floor. Having the walk-around space of an apartment and the ability to prepare some meals, plus free wireless, makes this option so much better than using multiple rooms in a hotel. Not too fancy, but all is in good working order, which I guess is already a good thing for B.A. (this was our first time). Definitely recommended to stay here!

We were so thrilled with this apartment for so many reasons. We were a group of 5 and it was so wonderful to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. I found the price very reasonable and there were lots of amenities such as wi-fi, a local cell phone, laundry and a fairly well stocked kitchen. The location is great and we found we could walk to Palermo and even downtown, though it was a long walk. Museums and the Recoleta Cemetery are close by. I appreciated all the helpful advice left by the owners, such as restaurant recommendations and info about taxis. When traveling, it is so nice to be able to stretch out and have personal space, which doesn't happen in a hotel and this apartment is very spacious. It is a secure building with a very friendly doorman.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is bright and in immaculate condition, affording all the comfort and luxury that a home could offer. The building is located on a quaint cobblestone street with a ton of restaurant and tasty shops nearby in the heart of Recoleta. It truly made our vacation that much more enjoyable for some of the more quiet days when you just wanted to sit at home with a cafe on the balcony overlooking the city.

This was our first visit to Buenos Aires. After many hours of traveling (from the USA and Brazil) it was great to arrive at this beautifully-maintained apartment. Everything was just as described and depicted on the website: the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space, the bathrooms were large, the living-dining-studio area was very cozy, and the balcony provided lots of light. The apartment had plenty of heating (something to appreciate in winter days and even more than we are used to) and lots of hot water!! The owners (Carlos & Alex) and their manager (Maria) shared with us lots of information, more than we could even use: about restaurants, taxi, safety, money exchange and information about the neighborhood. The apartment also had lots of books and write-ups about Buenos Aires and Argentina. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, in a quiet street with easy access to the entire city. We walked everywhere, day and night, and felt safe arriving late at night to the apartment. We wished we had had more time to "hang out" at the apartment. We had sunny and lovely winter days and spent most of the time out, enjoying the city. We will be happy to recommend this apartment to friends and family. We would love to go back for a longer stay. Recommendations: Do not miss the Teatro Colon, go for a tour and try to see a performance (any!!). If you want to get tickets to any of the theaters, try to get them ahead of time. Buenos Aires has one gluten-free restaurant, Sintaxis (Palermo). La Querencia (Recoleta) is a cozy neighborhood restaurant with several gluten-free options.

Truly a lovely, spacious apartment we enjoyed coming back to each day. Ingenious design means you can close various doors of the apartment so that people can still be lively in the living or dining room and others can still be sleeping in the bedrooms. Each bedroom is also quite separated from the others as well. The light is more ample in the living room and bedroom than they appear in the photos - and in the evening, there are plenty of light sources which brighten the main rooms. Nice and quiet for a city apartment, with persianas which darken rooms for a deep sleep, and many shops, cafes and bars are close by as well as some gorgeous sites. After three weeks of rather arduous travel in Chile and Argentina’s Patagonia region, this apartment was the perfect respite for four adults. It is just as the owner described and enough space for four to each find a private corner for reading or catching up on emails. We prepared dinner in the apartment several nights during our week long stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped and several mercados nearby from which to select fresh food. Buenos Aires is a vibrant city with traffic congestion and considerable street noise. The apartment is on a quiet secure street and only a block away are ATMs and ample taxi service. An excellent choice and we will book it when we return to BuenosAires, one week is not enough to experience this wonderful city. We would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

We three adults rented the apartment for two weeks. This is a tastefully decorated, large and airy apartment. It is on a very desirable street, ideally located, a few blocks from Recoleta Cemetary and the Fine Arts Museum. The building is relatively new with a door attendant, elevator and is well-maintained. The apartment is in top notch condition and is managed efficiently by an agent in BA who arranges for the weekly, no-charge maid service, calls taxi services and helps out in any way needed. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment and it enhanced our sojourn in Buenos Aires..

My family stayed in this well-appointed and maintained apartment while we attended a wedding and did touring of the city and area. Very comfortable and centrally located. Laundry and wi-fi were great. The description on VRBO was accurate. The owner was very helpful and Maria the local agent was outstanding in getting us organized and responding to requests. We would rent again.

Apartment is exactly as depicted, if not more beautiful. Very centrally located in a beautiful part of town, incredibly easy to grab a taxi or bus. Restaurants, groceries, bank and more within 1 block as well the famous Recoleta Cemetary. Well maintained and the apartment manager Maria is incredibly gracious and helpful. Would stay here again!!
