Wonderful stay at Al Bateen
We stayed at this location for a week and had a wonderful experience. The property is exactly as advertised, which was a giant relief. Natalie was a great host. Her and her team were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Definitely look forward to renting from her again.

Holiday
It was so easy from beginning to end. Always someone to contact. Great location and great apartment. The only thing was that it advertises as 8 occupancy but it was only suitable for 7 adults. We would definitely stay here again

Just want to say thank you to Natalie, and all the staff and AlBateen residence. Amazing location on the JBR. Restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping at your door within a 1 minute walk. The residence was very well maintained, amazing views and the pool and beach access was definitely a plus in Dubai. The blackout drapes were really nice for catching morning zzz’s, and the city lights at night set the mood for amazing evening with friends. Recommend to anyone traveling in a group. Spacious and enough room for a good size group of travelers. Total of 3 in My group. Travel dates were from 9/3-9/10 2021. Such an amazing time and I will definitely be staying at this location again. Thanks again to all the staff and owner.

Best location on the JBR
Just want to say thank you to Natalie, and all the staff and AlBateen residence. Amazing location on the JBR. Restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping at your door within a 1 minute walk. The residence was very well maintained, amazing views and the pool and beach access was definitely a plus in Dubai. The blackout drapes were really nice for catching morning zzz’s, and the city lights at night set the mood for amazing evening with friends. Recommend to anyone traveling in a group. Spacious and enough room for a good size group of travelers. Total of 3 in My group. Travel dates were from 9/3-9/10 2021. Such an amazing time and I will definitely be staying at this location again. Thanks again to all the staff and owner.

Fantastic/Spacious & the perfect location
Me & my family had the best time at this fantastic property, its so spacious & we had more room than we could have hoped for, it’s decorated to the highest standard & really is stunning, Natalie has thought of everything & was so helpful & great to deal with. We love Dubai & this property & will 100% be returning , it’s the perfect location on JBR with its own beach which is gorgeous, the beach bar is ideal as well, the walk over to the new island is right on the beach & is a must, you really do not need to leave JBR Walk as it has everything from great restaurants, bars & shops, we spent most days by the pool & on the beach enjoying the sun & relaxing, the perfect holiday & property. Thank you Natalie, see you very soon when we return

Wonderful apartment great place to stay !
I absolutely loved this place, everything was just as described and the pictures accurate, they didn’t actually do the apartment justice it was beautifully furnished and maintained. Location second to none, a bargain for the standard and size. We will definitely recommending Natalie’s apartment to family and friends.

Amazing apartment great location.
Stayed here on a short stop-over, wish it could of been longer! Beautifully furnished apartment, very large and Spacious. Everything was new and very clean. Loved the private beach and restaurant bar. Will be returning for a longer visit next time great location!!

Beautiful beach apartment
Great spacious beautiful beach apartment! Fantastic spot and great value for money considering the cost of a hotel for 4 bedrooms! Everything there you need ! Check in easy and the owner Natalie very responsive and easy to deal with, we loved the beach and area , can’t wait to return.

Perfect Stay! World class!
We were the first to stay here everything is new and beautiful! Very large clean apartment, very good standard like the best hotel! we also loved the location. The beach is amazing ! Lovely pools and fabulous restaurant bar on the beach. The island close by a short walk away from the beach! We had an amazing holiday thank you! Perfect for our family.
