Beautiful townhouse with an excellent location. Very good communication with the property manager, definitely is 100% recommended.

We LOVED our apartment. Easy to walk around town and not be inundated with cruise ship tourists. Great food right in our block not to mention a great grocery store and parking deck. Any issues we did have were resolved quickly and with care. We’d visit again.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Blanca in Old as an Juan. The location was perfect and beautiful decorated. The on site manager was a joy to work with and the lost of recommendations for food/shops was spot on! We will be booking again!

I have 4/5 because although it was amazing, it’s not perfect. The place so decorated beautifully, the location is perfect. My gripes: 1 roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms was a little cheap considering this place cost $2000 for less than a week. In addition the water in the shower does not have a consistent temperature, it fluctuates throughout the time in there. 500 pipes= problems, I get it… it’s just not perfect so 4/5. I do wish the locals hadn’t been so heavily pushed out the gentrification of the neighborhood is heavily obvious. I also disliked that to get into the building I had to get the code for the front door from a separate check in process than the code for the apartment door.

This unit was in a great location. Walking distance to everything in old San Juan. Beautiful unit, it was just as marketed. Highly recommend.

We loved being in Old Town, and thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on our balcony in the mornings and watching the world go by. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property! It's a beautiful apartment right in Old San Juan, loved our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. One thing to note: the water went out city-wide while we were staying there. Our hosts were very accommodating helping us find another place to stay, couldn't have asked for more help. But be advised the city infrastructure can be a challenge. Not our host's fault, at all, they handled it expertly! But could be disruptive to your stay.

We loved the property, the location was amazing close to everything, the property was beautiful and just what was advertised and our concierge was very quick to respond to our requests. wonderful stay could not have more.

My husband and I and one other couple stayed in Villa Blanca for two nights. The apartment is comfortable and includes all amenities. Within easy walking distance of anything you want or need. There is a grocery store and pharmacy within a 5 minute walk. All bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, shops that Old San Juan are within walking distance. During our day out, we visited several shops, restaurants and Castillo San Felipe del Morro. We went back to the apartment three times, twice to drop off purchases (because we didn't feel like carrying a bunch of stuff around) and the third time to change our clothes for dinner and we never felt like we were very far away. Old San Juan is a magnificent place. I highly recommend spending at least one day there. I will definitely tell my family and friends about Villa Blanca!!! And if I'm ever in Old San Juan again, I will stay at Villa Blanca!

I took my daughter to San Juan for her 21st birthday. This was a lovely place to come back to every night. There is a grocery store just a couple blocks do the road, and St. Germain (just across the street) was our favorite dinner. Just remember, you are right in the heart of old San Juan and it can be a bit loud at night. We lokmfrdard to coming back!

Rental was absolutely stunning, authentic and the location was unbeatable. It was well equipped and I felt like I was in heaven!

This is the best place to stay in Old San Juan, PR. We always stay in this condo because it is in proximity to all of the amazing restaurants and bars. The property manager, Miguel is very friendly and always available to assist with anything. Looking forward to coming back.

The rental was as beautiful as expected from the listing! We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The only disappointing piece was the WiFi didn’t work during our stay which meant no Netflix, as others have talked about in their reviews, while our toddler napped during the day. The water pressure is a little low so showers and dishes take a bit longer.

Everything was great at this little gem in Old San Juan. The description on VRBO is accurate. Great neighborhood, very good dining options within 3 blocks, and not too noisy on a Friday night in this historic district. The bedrooms are in the back and are dead quiet. Air conditioning works well. Staying in this tradition villa completed the overall experience we were looking for in Puerto Rico! We will always choose this type of experience over a hotel.

This apartment is beautiful, clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. WiFi worked pretty well too. The property manager was very professional and did a great job of communicating with us. The location is very central and there’s no shortage of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. St. Germaine, the restaurant across the street, is great! We stayed with our family of 4 (two kids ages 4 and 1.5) for 5 nights. It’s on a quiet street, but the only downfall was that we did hear quite a bit of noise at night. The doors and windows are historic looking and function well but are not soundproof. The windows in the bedrooms open to a hallway to apts below the spare bedroom and an outdoor alcove used by the apartment below the master. There are quiet hours after 10pm but not everyone was observant of them during our stay and there didn’t seem to be much that the manager could do about it. You will hear every word they say and if they are noisier (our experience) you will hear this at all hours of the night. Someone nearby also seems to have a thing for firecrackers, so we heard them all throughout the night and a few fireworks went off during the night as well. You can hear the bar noise across the street at night as well, but only in the living room. Other than that it was really a lovely place to stay that we really enjoyed.

This property is the perfect location for exploring old town and relaxing in a classic Puerto Rican setting. Very clean, beautiful accomodations, and great communication with the rental company when issues came up. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful property located right where you want to be if you love the feel of old San Juan. Parking is on the road which is like three dollars. We didn’t have any water But they offered to refund us for the two days that we didn’t have water!! I am still waiting for the refund but even if I never do get it it was an amazing experience

Stayed here for four days to attend a family wedding in Old San Juan. The apartment was great: clean, stylish, and comfortable. Check in was easy and amenities were very good. We appreciated the steamer and iron in the closet and the access to Netflix for late night movies. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the location was simply fantastic. No issues to speak of and the property manager was a simple text message away (though we didn't require any assistance).

The property was conveniently located just far enough away from all of the tourists but just close enough to all the great spots. The host made us feel very comfortable and was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more from this property and will be booking it again.

This was the perfect home away from home. The apartment is not only beautiful, but comfortable, clean and convenient. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay, and then some. All the conveniences are right around the corner, making it a perfect location for living and touring. Will definitely return to Villa Blanco on returned visits.

This Villa is beyond beautiful. The proximity to night life and restaurant is second to none. Clearly there is a focus on detail as the villa has everything you can need. We really were impressive by it. We didn’t want to leave and are definitely coming back to it.

This was an amazing villa in old San Juan. The check in process was a breeze and Miguel even let us check in early. They sent us the door codes ahead of our stay. Not having to meet someone to get the keys was great. The villa was exactly like the picture and I would add that it doesn’t do it justice. It was 2 blocks away from all the bars but far enough that you weren’t bothered by any of the noise. There were tons of restaurants, shops and cigar lounges within minutes of the villa. Uber was easily accessible but the only time we used them was to go to other cities. There is a local grocery a block away and we ended up cooking meals several times during our stay. There is a cart in the closet that you can use to carry your groceries since there are a lot of hills which was a great help. We ran out of towels during our stay but Miguel was very responsive and sent new ones over. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We loved staying at Villa Blanca! It was our first time visiting Puerto Rico & although the protests were going on, the locals were very welcoming & helpful. There was a storm our first night & water came through the ceiling onto the bed where our son was sleeping, but the property manager was very responsive & sent someone out to look at it. By the time you read this, I’m sure it will be a non issue. The place was clean & close to great restaurants, shopping & many great things to do. We would recommend this place & would stay here again.

The Villa was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We wanted to move in!!! We felt safe and secure. Loved the decor, location and view. They had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend and will go back for sure:)

This place is stunning. We loved everything about it. The location cannot be beat. Just two blocks to the nightlife, yet quiet. Two blocks to the supermarket. A few blocks to everything else. We Ubered to the beach every day and there were always cars waiting outside within three minutes. Villa Blanca is decorated beautifully, impeccably clean, and in the center of everything. It was as much a destination as beautiful Old San Juan. Highly recommend!

We booked this VRBO for our wedding. We got married in front of the Capilla del Christo and this residence was just walking distance away. Very clean and inspiring interior, it was so beautiful we actually took some of our wedding photos inside & on the terrace.
