Das Hotel verfügt über viel zu wenig Schattenflächen an den Pools. Die Pools werden nicht kontinuierlich mit Frischwasser versorgt und sind ab Mittag keine Abkühlung mehr. Die ständigen Stromausfälle nerven. Viel zu viele Menschen für die kleine Anlage. Das Resservieren von Liegen ab 6 Uhr morgens habe ich in Ägypten schon lange nicht mehr erleben müssen. Das Hotel sollte hier schnell, wie in anderen Hotels, Regeln einführen. Also uns sieht das Hotel nicht wieder. Kann die gute Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Bin 3-4 mal pro Jahr zum Tauchen in Ägypten und eine derartige Abweichung von Bewertung und Realität habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Pool, Liegeflächen, Stromausfälle, nur eine Wasserflasche pro Tag auf dem Zimmer, lautes Restaurant - da ist es am Hauptbahnhof ruhiger.

Everything amazing Starting from Mr. Mohamed reservation manager Mr. Reda reservation supervisor Mr. Amr reservation team. They made room upgrade with early check-in within less than 30 minutes. All staff are amazing and very polite, the rooms with amazing sea and pool view. Aqua Park is really world-class with professional staff they will help and guide you to make it safe and enjoyable. The most important thing I found was that the staff fully committed to the safety rules without exceptions. Food quality is super and really delicious. Thanks a lot to Chef Hosney and all his team. Animation team ... thank you so much for all the joys you brought to my family during this vacation. (Koko, Mostafa, Noor .. all). You don't need to go to a special place for snorkelling, only 2 minutes from your room to the diving and snorkelling dock. With amazing sea creatures. Diving centre Coraya is really world-class with a professional team starting from Mo Gamal and divers Marawan and Mo Mohamed. The last day was exceptional with a fire show and pool party. Compared to my previous travels and staying in different resorts in the Red Sea, Jaz Lamaya No. 1. Thanks a lot, Jaz Lamaya team. See you again soon.

The food is really good, they have a lot of choice and also healthy food and lactosefree milk! The staff is very friendly and remember what you drink :) The rooms are very spacious and they clean very good. Nice pool but many people by the pool Beach is clean and there is a big coralreef with lots of fish! Perfect for snorkeling and diving! Also amazing snackbar at the beach 🤩

I got a call at 6am on my room from the guestrelation... Otherwise all was perfect

The staff was great … Rewan, Moustafa and Reda at the reception were very helpful in a very professional way as well as said at nesma bar and ibrahim at Dewan restaurant ..they are all very well trained … the place is very clean the view from my room was beyond my expectations

The staff is super nice, polite & always willing to help. Thanks to them all especially Ibrahim in the restaurant. Aqua Park is great fun with the kids. The beach is lovely & the corals nearby are magnificent. Animation during the day is nice, but the best after dinner. Food variety is great, there is always something for every taste.

Prices of the spa treatments are very expensive especially for Egyptians, although I saw most of the therapists are sitting and doing nothing. It would be better to make some offers & packages. It could be beneficial for both the spa & the customers.

This is our second time at Jaz with the first being back in 2012. It hadn't changed at all which is a good thing! Rooms were large and very well maintained. Gardens are amazing Snorkelling is fabulous Food is decent

It's almost impossible to book the a la carte restaurants (you are advised to queue at midnight when the next day of bookings 'goes live'). That means you have to rely on the buffet but it's decent - good variety and sitting outside is less "airport lounge". The dive shop is crazy busy.
