We enjoyed our stay in Palermo in Buenos Aires. The neighbourhood was very lively, with lots of shopping, restaurants and night life. Yet our apartment was quiet, at the back of the building. Damian, the property manager was very kind and helpful - thank you for the ride to the airport! I would highly recommend this apartment. Brent

We just returned from a fabulous week stay at this great apartment in Palermo Buenos Aires. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Neighborhood is fantastic with lots of restaurants and clubs in short walks. The owners are wonderful. So easy to communicate with and very gracious. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. The owners had a representative waiting for us to carry our bags up and he returned on our departure to carry them down. So that was lovely.

Really cute place. Conveniently located. All conveniences except for washer/dryer. Hated the stairs!!

First of all, the location is wonderful in Palermo SOHO. Near to many restaurants and bars and popular plazas. Also metro 10 min walk. The apartment itself is beautiful, lots of light. Kitchen was fully equipped. Communication was easy as well as check in/check out. Thanks for a great stay :)

We were here during the hottest part of the summer and the 3 air conditioners worked well to keep the apartment cool when we were here. The location in Palermo Soho was convenient for all our explorations of the city. There is a supermarket around the corner, coffee and helado shops, vegetable markets, atms and the Subte all within a short walking distance. The owners were easy to deal with and the husband and wife team of nearby property managers were very welcoming and responsive to any questions. It was perfect for our 2 week stay in BA!

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires and in this comfortable, spacious and well appointed space. True to the descriptions of the apartment, it is located just a short walk to transportation, many excellent Palermo restaurants and gelato stores as well as great shopping for clothing and accessories from both established brands and up-and-coming designers. We were very happy with the apartment itself but the top rating comes with a caveat as the building it is housed in is in need of an update. It was a pleasure dealing with the apartment owners and we can't say enough good things about Demian, the BA-based manager. He was attentive, responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in BA, and so made our entire trip better.

Having rented numerous apartments in Buenos Aires since 2002, we have to say that this ranks as the best. In terms of a location, the Palermo Viejo neighborhood is excellent. It is safe, and convenient, especially with regards to the subte and bus lines. It is also close to numerous, great restaurants and shopping off of Plaza Armenia. Also, the apartment is situated in the interior of the block (segundo cuerpo), and therefore is quiet and private. It is on the third floor (segundo piso en BsAs), and there is no elevator, so bringing up luggage can be a challenge. We actually liked the exercise and not having to depend upon and cram into the small elevators that exist in these old buildings, but this could be considered a big negative by some. The apartment itself is well furnished, tastefully decorated, and spacious, making good use of two floors of space. The kitchen, specifically, was well stocked. As a tall person (6'4"), I would like to say that there is a beam in the master bedroom closet leading to the master bath that is particularly low and a bit dangerous. Thankfully, I was mostly aware of it, and only banged my head a couple times. For someone under 6 feet it probably won't present a problem, but it is something to note. Finally, both Poppy, who welcomed us, and Demian, who saw us off, were both friendly and helpful. We look forward to being able to rent this apartment again!

This apartment was perfect for 3 adults. We had plenty of room to hang out together to plan adventures and enjoy food and wine after a long day sightseeing. The apartment is well appointed, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners provide tons of useful information for your stay; we had the pleasure of meeting with them upon arrival and enjoyed the extra local intel. Within a few blocks is a major grocery store, smaller mini-marts, cafes, bakeries and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if I find myself in Buenos Aires. Thank you!

Highly recommend this apartment: 1. Owners were very helpful and organized in making the stay great! They have a book with great tips on seeing BA. 2. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. 3. Palermo Soho is an ideal location of BA 4. Apartment is modern inside but the building has an 'old' European atmosphere. 5. All traveler services were nearby: laundry, supermarket, subway, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Taxis were always available at the front door. 6. Property manager was helpful, friendly and on-time to pick up keys. 7. No hassle check out. 8. We liked the apartment so much we wanted to extend our stay but the apartment was booked. A wonerful apt. Fully equipped and furnished very nicely. Terrific location near many fine restaurants. Ruben and Jamais met us and prepared us for the wonderful time we had at their apt.

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay at this place. The owners, Ruben and Jamais, met us on the first day and gave us the rundown on the place and useful information about Buenos Aires and the Palermo Soho neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and transportation options very close to the apartment. The place is very clean. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den with a futon. There are air conditioners throughout the place and the kitchen is well-organized. The owners also offered to let us store our bags after checkout (we had a late flight) so that we could continue to explore this amazing city. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. -Pete L.

We were very impressed with this clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment. It was ideal for two adult couples and would also work for a family. Upon arrival we were met by the property manager and given lots of good information about the apartment and surrounding neighbourhood. There are many interesting and wonderful parks, shops and restaurants in the area. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. It was perfect for our 5 day stay in Buenos Aires.

We were really impressed to find the property was just as described in the posted profile by the owners! The location was so convenient to all of the wonderful experiences BA has to offer. We loved the property and found that Ruben and Jamais were very easy to communicate with and they also provided a wealth of additional information on things to do in the city. We did have a couple of small issues but they were immediately addressed and quickly resolved by the owners and their property manager. The space was very comfortable for four adults - lots of room for us all. A very friendly staff in the building added to the pleasure of our stay. The neighbourhood is absolutely full of cafes and restaurants and we took advantage of the list of recommendations given to us by the owners and were never disappointed! The location is within walking distance of so many attractions and parks - we rarely even had to use public transit! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed staying here! The apartment was perfect for us. We really liked having the bedrooms on different levels, and with separate bathrooms (especially nice for traveling with a teenager!). The location was exactly what we were looking for...convenient and in a nice area. We quickly found a favorite breakfast and coffee shop a short walk away. Jamais was very patient and responsive (by email and phone) to any questions we had. And Brigette (their agent) was very friendly. She was there when we arrived to help us in any way. And she was very helpful in setting us up for a ride to the airport. We had a great stay!

This place is a great find. It is very well located and perfectly set up for guests. We stayed here for two and a half weeks and could not have been more pleased with the place. A very good value.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Buenos Aires. We had such an amazing time staying here and would definetly do it again! The apartment is super spacious and open with a lot of natural light. After a week it was easy to feel as if the rented apartment was our actual home. It is in such a great location. Just three blocks away there are two plazas (palermo viejo and serrano) that are surrounded by great resturants and cute little boutiques. Every saturday and sunday the plazas also have little craft fairs that are great for getting souvenirs.I dont know how to emphasize enough how awsome the location was. Staying here you get a much more authentic feel of Buenos Aires, not just a touristy perspective Ruben was super helpful and answered all of our questions about Buenos Aires and always responded to our emails promptly. I definetly suggest this apartment to anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Jamais is very clear and prompt and our stay was perfect. The building is incredible and the apartment was very clean and even bigger than it looks like in the pictures. There's a Disco supermarket one block away (calle Armenia) and a lot of shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay in Jamais' place again.
