La struttura dell’hotel per come é stata concepita è molto carina. La camera era pulita e il letto comodo. Staff gentile.

Le camere andrebbero rimodernate o curate maggiormente. Noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza superior e lo smalto della vasca da bagno era scrostato in diversi punti, le finestre erano rovinate (legno ormai marcio). Estetica e confort non da 4 stelle! Colazione essenziale (il minimo indispensabile). La posizione della struttura è comoda per visitare la parte centrale di BA, ma la sera non sembra essere un’area molto sicura.

Bathroom is tiny. I don't consider myself a large person (176cm, 70kg) but it was a tight fit taking a shower right next to the toilet.

It’s an overall charming and safe hotel in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. Very friendly staff. The Internet was very good.

The rooms need some renovation (especially the bathrooms) and new furniture. The breakfast was OK but very limited selection.

Charming old hotel in a great location in San Telmo. We had a very, very large room with balcony to the street. Very helpful staff. Nice spots to sit outside around the hotel

Floor 1 rooms are quite small. Other guests congregate in patio area and can be quite noisy late into the night.

Location was convenient, good value for the money.

There was a water leak on the bathroom, not many cable channels available, and I didnt like the bed.

Beautiful place located in the heart of my fave barrios porteños. The property is of unique character which makes it especial. Staff is helpful and welcoming! I would rate our stay to a 7/10.

Property is beautiful although lacks of maintainance overall. Roof terrace and pool were dirty. Our room was dated and AC was not strong enough to beat the summer heat. Free WiFi was terrible! Mostly working on the lobby area.

The structure is very nice and unique. The room was also quite nice and breakfast is decent.

The room was dark, curtain falling off, toilet seat broken, we stayed for 4 nights it took 3 days to get these fixed. When we arrived there was no mini Bar in the room as advertised, this arrived next day, which was fine.

The staff was great, I had a couple of issues with things like a delayed flight and the heating in my room, but they went above and beyond to help me with it. Everyone is very friendly and the room was nice. I also liked the location, it's near to many shops and restaurants and easily walkable to other parts of town.

The hotel building is very interesting with a nice rooftop terrace. The location is brilliant for San Telmo, with loads of great bars and restaurants.

The room itself was in poor repair and small, with peeling wallpaper and dampness from the bathroom.

The room size was great, the bathroom however had a shower door that closed in on you when showering so had to wedge in place with towel. Was very clean and once shower taps figured out water was plenty hot enough and did not run cold all time I was in the shower.

The toilet door was glass and had dropped on hinges so could not be fully closed, I was my own in room so made no difference to me. However, the shower door kept swinging inwards whilst showering so had to wedge in place not helpful. The meagre breakfast was neither filling or wholesome with the same every morning, no choice was given or offered.
