The owner helped us with our itinery and went out of her way organsing things for us, including trips and getting sim cards for us. The hospitality was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here and plan on staying again! The staff is wonderful and was amazing enough to hold onto a bag for me while I went to Thailand. I also locked myself out and she came and rescued me because I grabbed the wrong key to get back in. make sure to communicate in advance what your arrival time is so they will be there for you and you won’t have any problems. Grab is not a issue to get anywhere.

no TV but for me it was nice to not have it for a few nights. just something to know. Really I liked everything about my stay and can’t wait to return!

Tarrace on the top of the building could be cleaned.

I love the location because I walk only 5 minutes to the night market and the Dragon bridge. Inside the room nice and cute. Host help and answer me my questions and request.

No elevator. Host say the first floor is second floor. the second floor is third floor. It's true floor. from the host. Face towel only and exclude body towel or hair towel.

This place is more hostel than guest house, in terms of there being a communal kitchen and no tea making equipment in your room. Also your room will not be cleaned during your stay. The room does not have big towels, only hand towels. There is rarely a staff member in the building, they are only contactable on WhatsApp. Also we was on the fourth floor (no lift) with two toddlers, it was a lot of stairs!

The decoration is comfort and relaxing theme just as the photo shown. Common kitchen area, is a good gather point for group traveller. There is a nice coffee outlet just 1 min walk from the unit, open very early in the morning.

would be great if there is lift in the unit, else please expect to carry the luggage up the stairs.

I never did stay there, how am I supposed to leave a review? I was left with luggage in front of the place (locked), unble to reach the number, until I facetime called them thru email and was told that the room was cancelled because I didn’t pay - which is ridiculous as 1, booking.com says “book now, pay when u checkin”; 2, the ownver sent an email and a text message (ready-made template) saying I need to pay in 24hrs - I book the place at 8 pm the night before and was coming to pay at 4pm the day after; and 3, I never received a cancellation accouncement by booking.com even until now, all I got was a single missed call from the owner. I understand all the upfront payment thing, but the frustration caused to the customer by their bad communication is unacceptable. They could have just sent me a text saying “hey I couldn’t get hold of you so I cancelled it”. How simple and polite that would have been!

Nice place and good minimal style.

The property was lovely with beautiful styling which made for a very nice stay. Lots of coffee and street food within walking distance and a night market just across the road selling a variety of seafood.

The property is beautifully decorated and feels very homely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we loved the sitting area in our room. The lady who runs the hotel was so friendly and helpful in arranging taxis and trips for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location and facilities. This hostel is nice and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. I tried eating some restaurants near there, it was tasty. The price is not expensive so I think I can stay next time if I have chance to visit Da Nang

The homestay is near to most of the attractions. I like tranquility and privacy in this place. Room was clean and the interior is tasteful. The staff was excellent, very welcoming from the minute I arrived until the second I left. I will definitely come back with my family.
