The entrance lobby of the hotel was very impressive . I received an upgrade and fell in love with my room . With a walk in closet , massive bathroom with a tub and a shower. And a spacious balcony . I felt very spoilt . The staff was superb . Extremely courteous . The gym was massive with lots of variety of equipment and up to date machines . I didn’t get a chance to use the pool as I was there for a wedding but it looked lovely .

The entrance to the gym was through the hall of rooms. Their hair salon was also a little far out .

Staff was supportive and enthusiastic , clearly well paid and well motivated. Strictly professionals and with a smile always. Breakfast options were excellent , as usual , room was upto the standards and the pool facility well supported by pool staff. Reception personnel very helpful , welcoming .

Nothing worth mentioning. The weather was too hot and humid in Muscat , but this is the regular season from June till end August.

Starting with the car reception staff in a distinctive welcoming way, and when you enter the hotel lobby, you are dazzled by the high ceiling and the view directly on the sea. The receptionist, Amal, was distinguished by her hospitality and put us in a distinctive room on the swimming pool. When walking in the corridors, you smell the scent of musk and are amazed by the size of the rooms, their cleanliness, their calmness and the magnificence of the place with the presence of 10 diverse and delicious restaurants, swimming pools, a sea view, a large hall for football matches and bowling, in addition to the hotel’s location in Al Mouj, which gives it a wonderful addition when strolling in the streets of Al Mouj.

The location was good as it was close to the dive center.

We had to wait to be seated for breakfast it was so busy and then, breakfast food was cold. Some of the staff were rude when talking to them and generally the room and hotel didn’t live up to expectations especially given the cost. We actually decided to leave a night early, despite having already paid for the room. The staff never even asked why we were leaving early.
