Slow check in; noisy room; lack of cleanliness; disfunctional elevators

We made a reservation for 3 people. After checking in, it was repeatedly reported that there were only 2 sets of bedding, and the third set of bedding was not delivered until around 12 o'clock that night.

The layout of the room poor ,the sofa bed is not safe and secure. The wood frame is a bit dangerous, very sharp . Plus the ceiling is mouldy. Toilet is a bit too high .

Breeze restaurant breakfast was great. Plenty of food , broad range, pleasant location. Liked the loft layout of the room.

Had issues with electronic key. One wouldn't work the room door lock, and both would only work in one of the three lifts ( lift 2). But we managed. Toilet seat was loose, (but still attached).

you guys better be carefull: They have charged my credit card me twice!!!, one Booking.com and another Studio M!!! I booked 3 days before my checking-IN with boking.com for 5 days accomodation in Studio M. Booking.com debited my Master card accordingly, BUT when i checked-in on the 4/05 the hotel charged me again the same amount AGAIN in my Master card, I only found out the day of the check -out 10/05.... they have charged my credit card me twice!!!, one Booking.com and another Stdio M!!!. I have sent them an email and so far no reply.

There was a very friendly part time housekeeping staff who was very generous and offered to help change my sheets even though they had changed it the day before.

The IT staff asked my boyfriend how to connect the HDMI cable when I requested for them to help me do so. The concierge laughed and said that they didn't have screen-share when it was clearly a function on the TV. I asked for plates and the front desk told me to come down and collect it (this was fine with me) but when i went down, I was told that they didn't have any more plates? and the second level did not have any staff there so I was unable to get any assistance on this as well.

The design was nice but that was the only good thing out of everything.

The rooms were so dusty! Called in to ask regarding early check in, was told that early check in will be free, ended up paying. Toilet was insanely small, No bidet! Booked for three people but received only two towels,slippers,etc. The check in was also incredibly inconvenient with so many steps. The bed on the floor above was dusty, and caused cuts on my leg as the bed frame was poking out. TV was barely working well. Overall it was a painful experience and the money spent couldve gotten a cheaper alternative or a better hotel within the same price range. Will not recommend to others. Will warn others away from this hotel.
