Good, clean, well equipped room. Fitness room was ok, could be more weights to use.

I checked in at the evening, the location was hard to find even with GPS. The roads were near construction sites, closed. At the end I found the hotel :).

Cheap.

Location is in the middle of nowhere and the link to their hotel on booking is completely wrong. You will end up in an industrial estate like I did. I had to manually find it on google maps myself, which is ridiculous. Not soundproof at all. 3/5 nights i was unable to rest because of the screaming of kids above and in neighbouring rooms. No consideration at all of late nights. Called receptionist to have a word but the loud noises carried on throughout the nights.

حجم الغرف طلبت بحجم كبير ولكن لم احصل عليه و ايضاً اجهزة التكيف تحتاج للصيانة و التنظيف اضطررت ان انظف الفلاتر الخاصة بالمكيف بنفسي بسبب الحرارة الشديدة و للعلم المره الثانية اللي اواجه فيها نفس المشكلة

المكان جديد ينقص المنطقه المحيطه خدمات فقط

عدم توفير مناشف وكلنكس بما فيه الكفاية المطعم خدمته ضعيفة جدا وخاصة وجبة الافطار .

My family was staying at the hotel and tgere was a little delay in one day payment and the staff started misbehaving with the family members

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the bedrooms and lounge were spacious, modern and clean, the kitchen however was poor in comparison - needed a deep clean. The manager was exceedingly helpful and helped me order in vegetarian food. The location was great for us but then we didn't mind the mountains of soil outside.

The kitchen was not clean or have any cutlery or crockery etc

Breakfast was not that great. It was confirmed upon asking that we will be able to check out late, even then we were asked to leave.
