Some of Arab Staff at the reception behaved not well unfriendly and not helpful .. Asian staff were nice, helpful, and friendly.

Tesiste çalışan ekip mecburen ya da korkudan güleryüzlü lobideki arkadaşlar otele gece uçağıyla geldiğim için sabaha karşı ulaştım konumu ihtiyaç alanlarına uzak market restorant için taksiye binmemiz gerekiyor erken giriş talep ettiğimde benden bir günlük paradan daha fazla para aldılar bölgenin en pahalı ama en kalitesiz oteliydi.

Otelin etrafında bulunan diğer oteller hem ihtiyaç alanlarına daha yakın hem daha ucuz.

The one good thing about this hotel is Ayyaz - the doorman. He is absolutely graceful and treats guests like royalty. He takes initiative and so helpful. Amazing guy. Location was convenient for my needs vs the rates which are competitive.

The hotel is extremely busy treating guests like numbers. There is a long queue driving to the hotel, a queue at the reception, a queue at the coffee shop. Too busy and crowded for my liking. The rooms need a total renovation including the bathroom. Old and overused furniture including the bedding. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and shower had low water pressure - so the stay for me was not relaxing from every aspect. Staff are not proactive. Asked for 1 simple requests and took them so long, and no one takes a proactive approach to support. Everyone seems lost and all over the place.

Amazing breakfast, great Dubai Marina view from the room, comfortable room with good bathroom amenities & comfortable furniture. Room cleaning service daily was fantastic.

On arrival the bed sheets had stains and few pieces of hair lying on multiple locations on the floor. The location is not good, requiring you to either walk daily 20 minutes one way to metro station and then to head to downtown Dubai and main attractions (eg. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Museum of Future) you need extra 45-60 minutes on metro one way. Staff need their English improved, I had to explain multiple times what I needed in some cases.

Great hotel with nice & big rooms. Receptionist Ahmed was very kind and upgraded my room, the housekeeping team was neat and Supervisor Jawkish Andi sidamaya was helpful with additional inquiries.

I request the upper floor which I got Swimming pool , staff was very humble and polite

There was no choice for Pakistani / Indian food in breakfast

لم تكن الغرفة التي حجزتها متوفرة قام الفندق ب عمل ترقيه مدفوعة من قبلي للغرفة الصرف الصحي بالمواقف السفليه رائحة الغرفة طبخ و دخان مع العلم ان الدور لغير المدخنين تسجيل الخروج استغرق وقت طويل و ذلك لعدم وجود سوى موظف واحد

I didn't like The respond to call too late The cleaning stuff need more experience in how to deal with stuff

We always have a car when we travel so location is good for us in the middle really Everything was perfect just the food better to eat out We have stayed there 2 Times now

My shower got stopped up the first day and it flooded my entire bathroom. The staff came two hours later(because of a nosey fire drill) to come snake the shower and a foul odor came from the bathroom. It was disgusting !

الفندق نضيف جدا وممتاز والفطور جميل وفي تنوع

الوصول كان الساعه 4 العصر وللاسف قالو لنا الغرف غير جاهزه وانتظرنا لحد ساعه 5 يعني ساعه كامه انتظر والقانون الدخول ساعه 3 الفتدق

صراحه من افخم الفنادق اللي انا ارتحت فيها جدا جدا رائعه ونظيفه وباذن الله اكون من عملائكم كل شى عجبني صراحه والله مو مجامله فندق راقي اتمنى اغلب الفنادق تتميز مثل فندقكم بس الشى الوحيد اللي ما عجبني اني حجزت بالبوكينج ٣٥٠٠ ودفعت ٤٣٠٠ زياده ٨٠٠ لكن يستاهل على التعامل وشكرا

تنظيف الغرف يدقو عليك الساعه ١١ ينظفو المفروض ما يدقون جرس الغرفه او ممكن الغلط مننا ان ما وضعنا جرس عدم الازعاج

Everything is great. Lovely hotel where I feel home ❤️ Especially thanks to managers Ritika from India and Mohamed from Pakistan, and the housekeeping Lama he clean so good. He is the best for cleaning my balcony perfectly. And Sita is nice. Also thanks to Conserge Fahad, he always so on time with my requests.

The Hotel room is super spacious and clean. My kids love it. Its really nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the location is abit far from the Metro, but taxis are easily available.

فندق نظيف وجميل لانه واضح انه مجدد بالكامل يوفر اجنحة مختلفة وكذلك يوجد كوفي شغال 24 ساعة وايضا ال spa عندهم عاملات مختصات فيه ومجهز بالكامل وايضا يوجد صالون في منطقة اللوبي والإفطار متوفر ومتنوع ويا ليت يكون الاهتمام فيه بالمطبخ العربي اكثر ..

Facilities & room show its age. Poor quality/price ratio.

Very bad price/quality ratio. It’s the type of hotel you’d expect for 150€/night, not 250€. Also it’s a completely dry hotel. Also only news & sports channels available or Arabic ones. Nothing for the international guest.
