Elegant apartment, very clean, safe area with doorman, only steps away from cafes and restaurants. Host is very responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!!

4th floor elegant comfortable modern apartment in secure safe building with friendly doorman, located in an elegant upscale and quiet, safe part of the city near great stores, restaurants and a wonderful big park with huge playground for kids and relaxing sunbathing benches. Overlooks a big tennis court and swimming pool and is opposite a small university. Apartment is nicely furnished, has good TV/WiFI & AC, and the hot water arrives instantly and showers are good. We would have appreciated having a small quantity of laundry and dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, another roll of toilet paper, and an umbrella would have been nice for unexpected rain. We also hadn’t planned ahead for mosquitoes, which managed to find us 4 flights up. Best to close all windows and run the AC. ( For less than $1 we found a small bottle of bug repellant at the train station.) Balcony is tiny and could use a good cleaning but it’s filled with potted plants so it isn’t really meant to be used, as there’s no room for a chair. Visitors from USA beware: careful when opening/closing old fashioned gated elevator doors we don’t have at home. Easy to pinch fingers, and my tall husband got a nasty head laceration on the metal protruding bar that locks the gate in place. We loved the apartment, the neighborhood, and it was a pleasure communicating with the owner, Carlos.

It was just as described. A cute French loft with lots of charm and space. Carlos was extremely helpful in making a stay a success. The property is in a great location easy to walk to shopping and restaurants Very nice stay.

The apartment was located in a great part of the city close to so many amenities and attractions. Carlos was a great host and made us feel at home in this great city. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 8 days. It was exactly as described, and I had great communication with Carlos from the time of booking it. It’s in a charming neighborhood and we found our little favorite cafes within walking distance. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We were in Argentina for a medical procedure and wanted a comfortable place to relax. The couch was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a dining table and full kitchen to prepare meals. I brought Epsom salt and it was fabulous being able to use the bathtub every evening. We were also thankful for the 2 elevators and friendly apartment security in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

Carlos is an excellent host and his property is in a prime location on a quiet street with easy walking to many choices of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. The apartment was perfect for us. We rented from Carlos in 2020 at a different location in Buenos Aires and both experiences met all our expectations!

Such a wonderful place. Two mature couples needed a place to stay while we were in Buenos Aires. Spacious rooms and all the amenities. Neighborhood is central to getting around. Very fair price.
