From the beginning I received many messages informing me what to do for check in and to message if I had any issues. Our location was amazing and a supermarket was only a few minutes walk away to buy any essentials. August is a quiet month and there was no need to make a reservation in any of the restaurants.

There was no mirror beside a socket, therefore, hair was dried blind. Perhaps a mirror in the hall or in the walk in closet would have been ideal.

Beach is near, promenades are nice, access to the Fairmont Palm Hotel facilities, nearby shopping mall and kids playgrounds

Old fashioned, neglected apartment. It took a few days of complaining to get half-decent Internet access and make the window curtains work. There were insects in the kitchen, utensils old, cheap and dull. Spent the first week in negotiations, instead of enjoying our vacations. Barely worth half the price they are charging. Provided a free taxi ride upon arrival but refused to do same at departure

The apartment was very dirty. When we arrived there was flood in one room. The staff was not willing to give us card for elevators for few hours after check out.

Lovely to be able to use The Fairmont facilities.

The apartment is really fantastic.It is huge,comfortable and clean.The furniture is modern,there is everything you need,kitchen is full of supplies,but there is no coffee machine.There is a wonderful pool in the yard,you can easily get to Fairmont beach,cafes and spa. The location is great,there is a supermarket,pharmacy and there are some cafes. 5min walk to Nakeel mall. I recommend this appartment !

It was wonderful stay. Nice service & facilities. Highly recommended!
