The location of this hotel is really great and the swimming pool is awesome. Size of room was adequate and the fact that all I have to do is ask housekeeping to clean my room on a daily bases and I just leave for the day and come back to a clean room is wonderful.

Looks like they had a shuffle of staff and they not as pleasant as the previous bunch. The room I booked was on a none smoking floor and yet the room next to me I had a smoker in and yes I reported it but don't know the outcome. The bed was terrible and this is not the 1st time I stayed in this hotel and man I had bad nights. Yes I informed reception about it and they turned the mattress but that also didn't work.

The property is clean and well maintained

There is annoying sound from the woods on the ground and over the table but its not so bad

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious; staff service went out of way to serve me hot chocolate that wasn’t available in the coffee machine. The mini fridge in the hotel room was a nice extra amenity. The facilities: public washrooms, gym and swimming pool were modern and kept clean all the time. Bus stop located nearby hotel but too hot to walk to during summer. Hotel guests get 25% off spa service and 30% of laundry service (there’s cheaper laundry service located just short walk behind the hotel). Only Marhaba taxi services allowed to pick up from hotel entrance. Other taxi services (Otaxi and Tasleem) can only pick guests up from nearby building but they can drop off at the entrance. Hotel located nearby two big Malls: Oman Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand Mall. There’s a hospital at the end of the block. Lots of restaurants around the area too.

Breakfast buffet may need more varieties.

Отель очень понравился, но сначала нам дали номер с видом на стену соседнего здания, утром пошли и попросили поменять на номер с красивым видом на горы. Все сделали как мы попросили и у нас был пртрясный аид! Ткана красивая картинка из нашего окна просто завораживает и делает весь день лучше!

У бассейна заклеивала стеков ограждения и как то выглядит не современно.

Отличный персонал (особенно Мохаммед Фарук на ресепшн), прекрасное обслуживание, готовность прийти на помощь в разных вопросах, вкусный разнообразный завтрак, комфортное проживание, удобное расположение относительно всех достопримечательностей

Very good location near to the avenues mall,good room area and good facilities

Clean, friendly staff, extremely good value for money. The cafe was closed when we went in the morning and as an apology they gave us the restaurant bill for free! Absolutely amazing staff team.

For the price it was great.

The location is great, and the room and hotel are modern. You can walk to the beach in 30 minutes. The malls are a 10-minute walk; the area has many restaurants and cafes. A 15-minute taxi ride and the bus stop to the airport is outside the hotel. The pool and fitness area are decent

Situé à seulement 100 mètres de la route principale qui fait le tour de Macate, cet hôtel offre une agréable piscine relaxante et chauffée sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner buffet continental est à la fois varié et délicieux. De plus, les alentours de l'hôtel regorgent de petits restaurants proposant une cuisine rapide, notamment des kebabs et des plats indiens. Le quartier est sécurisé, ce qui est conforme à la réputation de sûreté d'Oman dans son ensemble.

Tolles Frühstück, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Pool und Fitnessraum sind toll. Die Memory-Foam king size Betten waren spitze!

L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes en voiture des deux mosquées : Sultan Qaboos et Mohammed El Amine, mais également du Grand Mall of Oman et du centre ville. La literie était confortable et l’hôtel très propre. Nous avons été surclassées c’était top Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec pas mal de choix Le personnel était très serviable, ils ont pris nos valises et les ont déposés directement en chambre et inversement pour le départ dans la voiture. Il y a un parking à l’intérieur disponible, le petit plus : le personnel se charge de vous garer la voiture à l’intérieur.

Wie immer war auch dieses Haus von Wyndham zentral gelegen, was bei einer Stadt mit 80 km Länge schwierig ist. Große tolle, helle und saubere Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption, Reinigung und Cafe ist sehr zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Eine kurzfristige zusätzliche Nacht wurde von Sunita geduldig und kompetent bearbeitet. Der Pool ist im 9. Stock, nicht zu klein und sauber und gepflegt ( wie das ganze Hotel). Die Zimmer sind gut abzudunkeln und selbst zur Schnellstrasse hin ist es nicht zu laut.
