This apartment has so much character! From the ride up in the historic “lift” to the creaky hardwood floors, it’s a delight. We found the location perfect for walking and exploring, inexpensive Uber rides to places further away. We were greeted at the apartment by Laura, who showed us the ropes, then helped us during the week with requests. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful from first booking through final checkout. A few things need to be refreshed, which we reported, and received thanks from the owners for letting them know, It really is beautiful! I hope to stay again in the future.,

Great location! Old world charming apartment and neighborhood. Next to the park and around the corner from restaurants and Gray line tours office for bus tours and Tango reservations. Walk to train station. 2 blocks from the major shopping street. We loved our stay.

We loved our time at Jennifer and Colin's place in Buenos Aires! The beds are very comfortable which is key for a happy travel experience! The location is great! There are little shops all around, including a little bakery across the street. Buenos Aires is a large place so expect to take taxis as you tour the city. Jennifer and Cecelia were very accommodating with an early check-in and a late check-out which was so helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend their place!

From start to finish, everything was perfect! The meet up for the keys went seamlessly the apartment is grand; high ceilings, comfortable beds, beautifully furnished and in a very desirable neighborhood! A short walk to coffee, houses, bakeries, restaurants, even Starbucks. A beautiful park is across the street and the palace as well. I highly recommend this property!

Property was clean, spacious, and a great location. The owner communication was excellent, and Alberto, who takes care of the property, was very helpful and reliable. It’s a very secure place and easy walking to any of the many important sites of the city and shopping. Thank You Jennifer, next time I come to BsAs, I’ll let you know.

Great location.

Recoleta: central to all you want to do in beautiful Buenos Aires. With two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a huge dining room, equally spacious living room, this apartment has to be among the best for a stay in BA. We did not eat in but the kitchen seemed up to the task. Wooden floors and doors as well as the carefully chosen antique furniture transport you to old BA. While it is not a modern apartment with central air the living space remained cool (except for the two power outages endemic in BA). The A/C in the hall connecting the two bedrooms labored. Jennifer provided a manual for the apartment plus restaurant recommendations and her own list of Things to Do. She was easy to deal with. Her rep on site, Cecelia was welcoming (a hug) despite our very late 0100 arrival. The apartment sits on Piso Cinco. If the power goes out, it’s over a hundred steps to climb. I counted: three times. We loved our 6 day stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The beds are comfortable, and the living areas are nice to spend time in with the floor to ceiling windows that let in lots of light. The location is wonderful as it is in a beautiful neighborhood, and it is a 15-20 minute walk to many of the city highlights.

This apartment is in the best location ever to explore all parts of BA; close to the train and bus station, near local bus stops, central to all main sights for easy walking! The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment is secure. As a woman who knows very little Spanish, I felt safe in this location and the surrounding areas! There is a grocery store next door and a wonderful bakery across the street! Jennifer, the owner, is very responsive and answered all our questions to help us have a successful trip. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the manager made sure that we got the keys and could get into the apartment with no problem. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was really nice to be able to eat breakfast and some dinners there. Beds are comfortable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in a beautiful city!!
