Everything was good and great staff. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Overall the staff was very nice and helpful as far as the room it was clean could use a bigger refrigerator and not have the microwave so low to the ground that my daughter had to heat up my food and the beds are too firm for my liking especially with a bad back it was a family trip and my sister and niece ended up leaving due to the bed triggering her sciatica nerve also maintenance decided to treat the hott tub during the last hours of our stay

When I come back from hospital at 10 o'clock, my room was open. My stuff stayed in the room.
I told receptionist at 8 o'clock in the morning, I am coming back.

It was a family trip with our two adult kids. We booked two rooms, and hotel did provide adjoining rooms.
Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. Rooms were fair size, bathrooms were clean and newly renovated.

The property is undergoing renovation until at least mid-October 2024. When I arrived, I was handed a letter telling me to expect construction noise from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and was offered free earplugs. I stayed one night and checked out. Once the work is completed, it’s a nice property in a good location with an excellent free breakfast.

The staff was friendly enough, but we were given an accessible room which we did not request. This would have been a good room had we needed the accessibility, but the bathroom in particular worked poorly for those who didn't need the extra space as it had pretty much zero counter space. Also, the phone in the room didn't work, which meant we couldn't call the front desk when we had questions, as we did since there was no information about the hotel in the room. We needed to ask about accessing the WiFi, for instance, but couldn't do it from the room. We told the front desk about the phone, but it never did get repaired.

Front Desk Agent Danielle was very helpful and nice. Room was clean. But there must be construction going on around the Parking Lots area. That section needs to be cleaned.

First day offering, scrambled eggs and some sort of sausage. Second day scrambled egg and some sort of turkey patty. Bagels ok toaster extremely slow. Coffee only average.

I was in area for business for 2 nights. Fairfield Inn was excellent choice, reasonable cost, facilities were very clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again if return to area.

We were not told that there was no daily room cleaning, especially when there was a sign saying to leave towels on the floor if fresh towels were desired.

I didn't find out about it being renovated until after i booked. When we got there, the front door was blocked off. Again, no warning. Then trying to find out where to enter was super confusing as there were no signs. When we fid manage to figure it out, it was super sketch. No one was at the door, so anyone could just walk in unnoticed. Then when we managed to find the front desk, waited for like 5 min before being helped. She was a bit hostile. Then gave us wrong directions to the elevator. Room was super cold, no heat. Still waiting for my deposit a week later. Not a pleasant stay.

This hotel was really nice! It just needs to have an adult swim hour….. me and my wife didn’t want to be in the hot tub or pool with a bunch of screaming kids at 9-10pm at night

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
However, the rooms are paper thin and the yelling kids were loud and obnoxious. Also, it’s a non smoking hotel and yet all we smelled was marijuana.

Area is fine. Urban typical. Business park. Hotel is showing its age. Second floor is closed and under renovation. Could return to Fairfield standard after. I just needed a bed for the night and a place to change cloths so this met the need.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we had no interruption in our stay. However, I did call a week or 2 before we came to make sure the renovations did not affect the pool as we were traveling with our kids and they said it was open! When we arrived the pool was closed for maintenence. We stayed on the newly renovated 2nd floor and it was nice. Some of the workmanship was shotty and it looked like the construction dust hadnt been cleaned out of the shower. The charging block did not get hooked back up after construction so we couldnt charge our devices on the nightstand. The beds were pretty comfortable. The people were nice, breakfast was good. Overall pretty clean, could have been better in our room.

Booked this trip 1 week in advance, just to be called 2 hours before check-in that my room is going to be cancelled due to renovation. My wife's 40 th birthday ruined. Hotel also would not give me an email confirmation for the canceled room so insurance out the window. Never use Marriot third party.

We came from up north for a cheer comp & I stayed for one night with 3 children. The front desk staff were very welcoming, kind & helpful. The room we stayed in was newly renovated & clean. Breakfast was decent. Pool was closed 😔 but was able to sit in the luke warm hot tub. Location was good, 15 mins to the local mall.
