Everything was great

They put us in a room (at 10pm) in which other guests were already sleeping!

The carpeting in all along the hallways on floors 3 and 4 was held down by grey masking tape which was old, discolored and in a state of unraveling. Many pieces of old wood paneling were chipping. The floor of the shower in our room was corroding around the edges. The breakfast was an embarrassment.

Terrible horrible awful i was unfortunately there with a whole football team of more than 120 students and all night they kicked at my door bam on my door ran up and down the hallways also upon complaining i was told by several staff memebers well u know there just a bunch of kids having fun really from 1030pm to 336am in the morning even though staff recognize what was happening they couldn’t even control the situation same night i ask to be put in another room only to be told they have booked the whole hotel not to mention askjng for a refund and was told there was no refund given but yet infront there is a policy stating no loud parties no loud anything period but they broke the rules i see so this place is a no go!!!!!!

Hotel seems very clean and well put together, until you really look into things. Our shower wasn’t clean, there was a bunch of hair and dirt in the bottom and hair stuck in the folded towels as well, stepping out of the shower there was ants congregating on the floor towel. Staff is nice, breakfast was good.

The property and room was unclean. staff informed us that housekeeping was gone for the day and unable to address any issues with the room. Staff did not offer to change rooms or follow up to address the problem. The bedsheets were nasty and had black spots all over them. The bathtub had a dirt ring & floor was nasty.

Clean and easy accessible to a variety of restaurants.

This hotel is a very updated and modern hotel which we loved. The problem was when we found a bed bug under the blanket. It was dead and we only seen one, but still, it's not something you want to see after you just slept in that bed.

The property was the typical Holiday Inn. Room was fine, it is just a shame you can’t get the service you used to get. The breakfast was mediocre. I wasn’t given a receipt after I asked for it

The room type booked was not available. Shades in the room was not functioning. So, i had bright lights shining in room all night. The exercise room needed a little maintenance attention. The property is nice but not getting proper upkeep.

I came to stay here because of a power outage. My room smelled of extremely strong odor, the toilet also did not flush at all. They told us they were all booked up, but gave me an extremely hard time and even became aggressive and unfriendly in regards to allowing me to have a refund so that I may go stay somewhere else. The hotel was not up to par for $170 for one night. Staff was rude and not very helpful.

This hotel was once really nice but now it is not. the fitness room was not clean. The location is perfect but the hotel seems deserted and unkept. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.

Started in Room 1, heat didn’t work. Moved to Room 2, toilet didn’t work. Moved to Room 3 and stayed even though the shower head barely poured out water. Horrible experience. Will never stay there again and cannot recommend this property at all.

Would not go back here and wouldn’t recommend. Had to change rooms because it smelled really bad, the other room they gave us wasn’t properly cleaned… comforter had stains on it, someone’s socks on the floor, the washroom didn’t look throughly clean. The main lobby and hallways smell like heavy use of chemicals. Service was slow, when asked for clean set of towels, no one brought it and had to request again. Breakfast wasn’t always replenished all the time, and when asked to replenish it took a while. Overall, 1 star.

The room was nice, but the temperature kept changing by itself. The pool was very clean, but really cold. Breakfast the first morning was cold and little was put out, but the morning it was perfect. I'm not quite sure why there was a large garbage bag in the hallway for two days, but people took advantage and used it. The front desk people were amazing and went out of their way to make every guest feel special. They really were the best. I slept very, very well both nights. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The shower was great and the water hot enough for me. I would stay again.

I was here for a quick weekend and it was just what I needed. It was quiet (no running kids through the halls), clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room with a king bed and there was no bathtub and I wish I checked that first. Would’ve been a perfect weekend for a soak. The bathroom needed a little patchwork in random areas but it was very clean. Didn’t need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body wash and that was great also that they weren’t little travel size one time use items. Tv was good, iron was clean. No issues whatsoever. Easy to book, conveniently located and it worked for what I needed.

Nice clean room comfortable bed

This your standard cookie cutter Holiday Inn Express. It falls down in my opinion with the about of clearly audible road noise that is pretty consistent. This was even the case when requesting a quiet room.

The staff was very professional and courteous.
