We like confort in our suite.Fridge,Mini stove, tv, dish washer, microway.

We came from outside of Us with a small dog 40 min before check in. Needed to change our clothes and to go to Memorial Asap Receptionist was willing to let us check in earlier, but not chief reception lady.It was very disappointing.

room itself was clean and comfortable

common spaces were absolutely filthy: stained carpets, mud and dirt on tile areas in common areas, elevators slow and beat up interiors. Rather shocking disparity between room interiors and the rest of the place. Noisy, unkempt kids and adults wandering around in the hallway. Poor quality excercise room AND at least two of the three machines didn't even work!

I don't recommend this Hotel for nobody at all unless you want to get screwed over with your refound

I was double charged for my room, then told I wasnt by staff with multiple forms of proof. When I called the general manager she was very rude. The corporate manager still has not yet called me back. The room was FILTHY, fridge smelled of urine. See pics for proof. The other residents were loud, rude, creepy as hell and we did not feel safe at all. We stayed one restless night and checked out to relocate to a safe place. Still fighting with the property for my original refund.

This literally was THEE WORSE stay I've ever had. This place was filthy...it smelled...the front desk service was awful particularly (Connor) he was rude and just plain mean. And they have persons that I'm assuming that live there, as its an extended stay...and I was approached by a man who asked me if I needed drugs. This place should be shut down.

The front desk person was very friendly. There was a lot of water pressure.

The first room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. I was given another room that didn't smell as bad upon entering but as soon as the heat was turned on and entering the bathroom that same smell was present. When I left, all my items smelled of cigarette smoke. The room also had pebbles around the base of the bed and the outlets by the light would not hold my charger. I moved the nightstand to access an outlet and the floor/area by the nightstand was very dirty. When showering, it smelled like there was someone smoking in the bathroom. There were no hand towels - just 2 bath towels and approx 8 washcloths. The shower had missing hardware and the shower head was black around each of the major water jets. The carpet, drapes and shower curtain were stained.

Receiptionist gave me three room keys and two room doors never opened and third room was not at all cleaned. Finally she gave the key to the clean room, I had to go up and down for 4 to 5 times just for the keys. Lobby is smelly, no proper ventilation. No breakfast provided which is very bad.

nothing at all. I booked this room for the price and honestly I can see why it’s affordable. this hotel is disgusting. pay the extra 30 bucks somewhere else and do yourself a favor.

there was an awful stench on the 3rd floor and as soon as we walked out of the elevator we smelled it. we were gagging down the hall. if we had to leave our room we had to prepare ourself for the stench and put our shirt above our nose. awful.
