Property was newer, but it wasn’t clean. We walked in, tried another set of rooms, and walked out. Floors were dirty, elevators were dirty, all surfaces were dirty. The beds were clean and comfy. It’s a shame. I was looking forward to sleeping in one.

Night front desk staff was very unprofessional and charged us for the room twice the first night. Thankfully the manager set it straight the next day. Night receptionist on day 2 was pretty pissed a guest had the nerve to ask him for anything.

Hotel was beautiful, housekeeping didn’t come until after 5pm so I had to ring the front desk for fresh towels.

This is my usual go-to place when staying in the Detroit greater area. Staff is always super helpful and nice. The hotel is a bit of a slightly older renovation but overall well taken care of with higher ended finishings. My only big complaint is the faucet in the bathroom is not what it should be. The spout should be longer as you can't help but get water all over. I have probably stayed at this hotel about a dozen times at this point. Or also to note I drive an EV car and they do have free electric charging stations.

Clean room refrig was not very cool Staff was very very friend but under staff.

Mya was very helpful at the desk while checking in late on Thursday. No breakfast on Saturday morning; reason given was no help?!? Breakfast on Friday & Sunday were less than stellar. Sunday breakfast was late opening! Rooms were ok.

We woke up in the morning expecting complimentry breakfast buffet and it wasnt available. The explanation was the cook didnt show up to work.

Very clean, the staff was very friendly, and hospitable. My only thing was the breakfast was just okay. Had u known that was the breakfast I would not have paid for that. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits, small selection of fruit and bagels. Cereal as well.

My overall stay and experience was great. From the friendly staff, accommodations for having a dog, to the quietness was well worth the stay as always.

Room and facilities, including stairs, were clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows They have refillable bathroom toiletries (shampoo, soap,etc) and recycle containers. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent, included fresh fruit (bananas apples and oranges) hot bacon, sausage and eggs, the usual cold cereal, bagels, muffins and yogurt. Close to highways but no road noise. I Would definitely stay here again

This place has had a lotof challenges from cleanliness to poor management over the last year. Somehow they manage to hire the worst managers here and its reflected in how the guests are treated. Literally the manager I was pointing and raising his voice at me when Iwas discussing something with another employee. He was very judgmental and discriminating, I believe based off my looks. Even the look on his face when he came around the corner and saw me was appalling. When I've checked in dressed in attire from a meeting I wasnt treated this way. Ive spent over 10k at this location since 2021 and I wont be returning. I love the location but the staff and now charging a 150 incidental deposit is insane when the rooms are barely cleaned and I had to go buy my own sheets because the bed was dirty and the sheets brought to me were dirty as well. Ive had issues with my deposits being held for 30 days, charged double, etc

There is low customer service by staff. Management was friendlier, but didn't seem to care about good service either. Hotel needs a deep cleaning in the rooms to avoid embedded doors and musty smells. This is an average hotel in a decent area, but it can improve cleanliness , service, price, and quality of rooms.

Everything was as advertised and the hotel was in great shape as far as cleanliness and the overall appearance of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful!!! The morning breakfast was well prepared also. Only downfall when I went was that the pool and hotub were closed for whatever reason but other then that it was a good stay.

The property was clean, modern, and easy access to highway and restaurants and shopping. Seemed to be short staffed.

My room does not have the cable working and the hot tub listed is broken for the past month.

I had a present stay in the hotel. Everything is as expected.

They put me in the wrong room. They over charged me and nobody could fix it. Im still trying to get my money
