The hotel amenities were great. It was clean and modern. The only thing I did not like was how noisy it was. We arrived on Friday and every night we did not get a good night sleep because you can hear music all night. The music would finally stop around 6:30a-7a. When I brought it up to the front desk they confirmed that music came from club/lounge at hotel or a special event on the premises. Definitely not the place to stay if you’re looking to get some rest. We were on the 4th floor.

I absolutely loved this property . The amenities was absolutely amazing . I stayed in the suite on the 12th floor , the ocean front view was cherry on top for the entire stay. All staff members are very personable and helpful . I will be returning again soon .

The property was in perfect location, very clean & i love the casino. One thing that stood out most was the staff remembering my name from the front desk to the bar & casino. Yadiel, Pedro & Ralphy i believe were their names. Im thankful for the way the treated me and made my stay an excellent one. Thank you to all staff at La Concha!

I really liked the fact that the hotel is walking distance to everything you need, food, convenience stores and even little shopping. Great location and the casino adds the best touch.

Beautiful resort with fantastic employes/service. The suites building and main, formal dinner restaurant are under renovations but we wanted for nothing. Very walkable location as well with lots of places to eat/drink outside the hotel.

This was our second time visiting. I would definitely recommend ocean side views as this time we stayed on the resort side and it was constant party music playing with zero sound insulation. Also I would reserve rooms with the kitchenette(microwave) as they charge 30 dollars to reheat food.
Otherwise, concierge is absolutely lovely to work with, all of staff including lobby bartenders are so personable! nnenoshka, Moises, and the lobby bartenders were some whom often went out of their way to ensure we were having a good time. Very clean, respectable property.

We had an incredible stay at The Conche in San Juan! The property was even better than described, offering a wide range of amenities to enjoy. There were multiple restaurant options to satisfy any craving, a lively casino, several pools to relax by, and easy access to the beach with complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas. The spa provided a perfect place for relaxation, while the lobby bar with a DJ added a fun vibe on the weekends. The on-site club was also bustling with energy, giving the whole place a vibrant, Miami-like feel. The casino added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

It was nice. I felt it a bit overpriced. Our room was not ready on time and we were unable to check in until after dinner. Very loud music everywhere. Not relaxing or comfortable for families. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you have children.

Parking:
There is parking garage near the hotel but the garage its so narrow to maneuver and parked so if you are a guest at the hotel the nightly rate it’s decent but if you are not a guest at the hotel its quite expensive
The outside could use some updates needs to be painted. The beach chairs and umbrellas are worn and broken. The hotel has seen better days.
The beach water is rough. In order to access your room you need your room key to have the elevator take you to the floor. That was kind of a hassle and did have to had my keys reset.

Everything was absolutely great except for on one day we wanted to stay in and rest up, the construction made it impossible because the drilling was so loud. We talked to the front desk and they moved us to another room but it wasn’t ready until six hours later so we had to sit by the pool which was extremely loud. They took away our resort fees for that day ($70 or so) as consideration.

Had a bad experience at La Concha, they never informed us of active construction going on. Could not sleep or take my morning conference calls the drilling and hammering was super loud. There was also a drop coming out the vents AC was not working. Out by the pool again the construction going on i was laying down relaxing on the chairs and had tiny rocks of debris fall on me. For the amount paid . Not worth it .

No rental car necessary - just step outside to lots of restaurants, stores, pools, and yes, oceanfront beach. Employees were a pleasure. Tip: Pay in advance for nice breakfast / brunch buffet 6AM-Noon. Well worth it. I think all rooms are ocean front.

When came not a true suite. Then had a hot tub. Didn’t have filled with water. The staff after 3 calls just said fill it up. Respectfully a hot tub needs chemicals.
Then after being out all day we come to our patio to find a mens used wet bathing suit and multiple cigarette. I called front desk nobody came. Went down and the man said ok I’ll report it. And I said no I want next steps. Nobody followed up. Nobody apologized. Nobody gave us a drink or a discount. Nobody cared that someone had used our room. And then tried to tell me it all blew on our patio from above. Absolutely the worst stay of my travel career.

The property was excellent all around. Very clean and great service. The bar in the middle to the night club at night perfect and perfect for your 18 kids. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Every morning you are greeted with a good morning or Buenos Dias. Great mid point location. Beach access from the hotel very easy. My family and I will be back.
