The positive aspects of this hotel is that one room can accommodate 5 to 6 people. It's convenient for families who wants to stay together at the same room.

Liked all 4 could stay in one room. Curtains dirty . Faucet in kitchen not working well and cracked counter top. Bathroom too small.

It’s an unusual hotel and a good one. The concept and rooms are unique and the staff is terrific. Enjoyed my stay. Location is ideal fir Buenos Aires

Overall good property and EXCELLENT staff. Don't be fooled by the "kitchenette" - it is a mini fridge, microwave, 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 cups.

Staff Berenice, Andrea and Micaela at the front Desk were very professional, friendly - helped me with tours, transportation, requests for my suite that was pristine. My 2 story suite was superb, 3 balconies facing Ave 9 d Julio, weather was awesome so I was able to keep the doors to the balcony opened, feeling the breeze and beauty of the city for most of my stay. The property is an architectural gem, loaded w history, elegance, good taste

Despite the excellent internal space and the very friendly staff, the bathroom is very small, with no space for personal objects, the water heats up and cools down numerous times, making showering unpleasant. Towels are thin and small.

The room I was allocated was huge with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. I commented that the room could do with a carpet spot clean and a lick of paint in the bathroom. Upon check out, the receptionist told me they will work on my room that day!
I was impressed with the constant communication via Whatsapp and email throughout my stay. This hotel is committed to ensuring their guests are looked after and take stock of comments.
Also the front desk helped me get a tango show booking last minute, which I appreciated!

Good stay, good central location. Awesome front desk staff, very friendly. No couch as in other apartments, only table and plastic chairs to sit on, but no big deal. Mattresses past replacement date, sinking in the middle. Someone entered apt. each day despite our request for zero service or entry by anyone, with do not enter sign clearly on door, but no sign of theft. Area sketchy after dark, many homeless. Great restaurant 3 blocks away that was recommended by front desk, ate there twice, great meals. Food market 1/2 block away. Wifi spotty, off and on. Older building but in decent shape, same for room. All around cannot complain as price was cheap for experience delivered.

Would have to have some coffee tea and sugar like a other hotels do..on the website it said 2 single beds but one was a small bed that was reallybad.and under the couch.

The property is well located and is quite unique. Unfortunately, our room faced directly onto 9de Julio and it was extremely noisy.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Basic amenities were not automatically provided but were available on request.
Without stovetop or washing machine, it is not suitable for long term but there are plenty of restaurants and laundries close by.

I love this hotel as it felt very modern. It is exactly how the pictures online represented it and it would be perfect for a family. Great location and a good vibe. Would absolutely recommend to others.

We asked for the garbage to be taken out 3 times and it never did. The “kitchen” only included a mini fridge, microwave and 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 mugs.. only 2’s. The fridge was leaking water also. Because of the heat, the power goes out in the city so we were left without AC (not really the hotel’s fault.) During our stay there was construction next door which was loud and lasted all day. The hotel never advised of this. Our room was 2 levels with the bed and washroom upstairs yet the closets downstairs. Very uncomfortable mini sofa. The shower products were awful and cheap, something from a dollar store.
The decision is yours. We hated every moment of our stay in this hotel.

Plugging jacks must be standard for both North & South America. They were only for Argentina's way.

We arrived early morning and the staff was happy to check us in. Safe didn't work and they came to fix it straight away. On the next day we realized the fridge didn't work and they fixed it before we came back to the hotel. Staff were very helpful calling taxi for us to go to La Bofa and airport.

Good location for accessing all areas. Clean. Our disappointment was that we did the have a room with city views that we booked. In fact we had no views at all. Our room was changed after two nights, but only after I requested it to be.

It is a nice place. The beds are comfortable, sheets are nice and clean. The carpet appear to be worned. The clerk sprayed something on the carpet daily, I am not sure that cleans them. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. Due to the construction of the hotel being all hard surfaces; the sound just bounces from wall to ceiling and back. So if one happens to have noisy neighbors or with children, one can hear all of the sounds. My recommendation is that you post signs in public area to remind your guest to keep quiet in public areas such as by the elevator, and in their rooms. Not to have children jumping up and down all the time. There was no towel to dry dishes with and no small face or hand towel. We enjoyed our stay, other than the noises.

The hotel is in a good location, but the street where the entrance is extremely dirty and very noisy. The apartments on the floor are carpeted and dirty. Cleanliness is an item that is very much to be desired.

It is right in the middle of everything between all main attractions, almost facing a big street (10m away) with all bunch of taxi, some cafes, stores, and a close ride to any of main places of interest, comparably safe area by that reason. Smoking patio! Special thanks for that!! And a huge room with a lot of air inside and a huge few metres high door of the room: you open it and the room if fresh in no time.

The hitel was conveniently located and the staff was extremely kind and patient. The rooms however, particularly the one on the second floor where we stayed during oir first leg of our Argentine trip, were more comporable to a 2-star facility. The carpets on the second floor were in dire need of a good scrub, the steel beams looked like the had not been measured properly which necessitated pieces of sheet rock in between to make up the difference.
I could go on but suffice it to say that the hotel bore little resemblance to the photos on display at the Expedia website. Only reason to come back would be the professionalism and the courtesy displayed by the young staff.
