The customer service was excellent. The room smelled like molded. I cleaned the room daily with bleach and when we would return you could still smell the mold. I loved the hotel with the exception of the smell of the room. They had a bus to take you to the beach and to Old San Juan

It was close to Tmobile and they had shuttle bus to Old San Juan available. Food was good. Customer Service was great.

I was very pleased with the hotel & the staff. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was clean & the room was a perfect size. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Puerto Rico again.

I love the front desk, they were very helpful and knowledgeable when being asked.
The biggest disappointment during our stay was housekeeping or room service. On our second day, i asked for one but none came. I placed another ticket, then another one but still wasnt done. Me and my kids purposely left the room hoping they would come and clean but theu only left fresh towels but the dirty dishes and crumbs are still all over the room!
I could go on and on but i dont want to sound so negative.

The front desk was super friendly and willing to help us with places to go and see while on a girls trip. We felt very safe and protected in this hotel. The cleaning dept could use an upgrade as we arrived to stained sheets which were not replaced until day 3 of our trip. When notified on day 2 they gave us lipstick stained towels and proceeded to make our bed leaving the stained sheet. When bed was finally changed for the final day of our trip nothing was cleaned or replaced in our room. Also they advertised corner room with a bay view and our view was the a/c unit on the 2nd floor. Overall it didnt stop us from having a great vacation

Everyone at the front desk was very nice. They held my luggage at the front desk until our room was ready. I do like that they have transportation that takes you to beach and old San Juan. The drives was also polite and nice. The housekeeper was also sweet and helpful.

It was hard to find parking many evenings. I was told the parking would be 20 per day! Since, the car and stay was a bundle then the additional cost could have been waived or roll into the over package cost. Still waiting on the hotel to refund / return my holding fees

When I went to the hotel I was not offered wifi, I was told at 4pm my room was not ready and was not sure when it would be. I was not informed of the amentias or where anything was located. Not even breakfast was announced or told times. The manager had to come and order the work to give me another room. Not good

It was easy access to the cruise port form the hotel.

Room and breakfast were what I expected, kids loved the pool. What left an impression was I left my camera bag on the shuttle bud to old San Juan, the driver returned it to the desk, and the staff at the desk made sure it got back to me. Thank you!! - We stayed at five hotels on the island during our stay, the staff at this hotel were very helpful compared to some of the other hotels, especially the chain ones.

Shuttle van was great! It took us to 3 locations that’s set up with hotel. Breakfast was included as well!
