I stayed few times, you should consider a rewards program for your clients or discount for the one that stay at the hotel more than 1 or 2 times in a year

The employees are very friendly. The only problem is the parking. We manage to find a parking and everything was all right

The faucet on the bathroom was broken. It’s the first time that there’s something broken at the hotel.

The hotel is clean, apparently centrally located, the personnel is friendly. There is a nice, clean sitting area in the lobby and upstairs and I liked the decor and paintings everywhere on the walls. It is very close to San Juan airport because coming from the airport I only paid Uber $13 and returning to the airport the next morning my Uber was only $9. I had a 24hr layover in San Juan but I loved the city and think I will be visiting some time soon and definitely this hotel will be on my list. When I ordered food, delivery took less than 5mn, i was surprised and it means the hotel is centrally located and everything is close by. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, AC was ice cold and I even had to turn it off. I don't think I got the room that I booked but I got to the hotel tired late at night and didn't feel like going back down to the reception desk to talk about it. But overall it was a good experience and next time I will be visiting San Juan, I will make sure they give me the room I booked.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. All shifts very friendly, welcoming, helpful I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is the best budget hotel in all of San Juan. It is an old and outdated hotel but it is clean and safe. Santurce is increasingly rundown and this is why hotel commands such a low price. I recommend it if you are absolutely budget minded.

Not your normal hotel but a great place to leave your stuff and hit the city. Staff was amazing . Room was good . Ac was BLASTING. Walking distance of a lot of stuff. I loved my stay. Definitely will be coming back!

Didn't care for the area not much to do. T po o noisy could hear everyone through the hallways and the windows , very small hotel beaches to far ti walk but the room size were pretty good size

I ask for room service and the didn’t clean my room they just bring clean towels.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to a lot of the night life and if you don’t feel like walking is an affordable and short ride away. The room served its purpose for the price you can’t beat it! We moved locations around the island and ended up coming back another night at San Jorge Hotel. The front desk staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Totally Recommend

Most rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. If you want to ruin your trip then by all means come to the hotel. I will never in my life spend a dollar to be there again. Rooms were so small and close to one another that you could hear the people next to you pee. The tv is from the year 2000 absolutely no channels worked. Ac was a nightmare. Always dripping and you have to constantly turn it on and off in order for it to work. Worst part about it all where the front desk staff the manager and some fat 18 year old with a pony tail. BE WAREEEE used to be a hostel It’s so cheap for a reason

Our stay was short, but nice. Room was perfect for the two of us, bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it worked for the night! We also found a really good ramen/sushi spot right down the street

The big made gentleman who does the night shift is rude, lazy and unhelpful. He seems to make the guests feel that it’s his property and guests are staying free. Needs to learn customer service and sensitivity

The area was not what I expected. I’m not quite sure how else to put it but the hotel was pleasant and clean. The only issue I had was with the nonfunctional AC. Overall I would say it was a great place for the price to stay.

More value than what you pay for.

I had a really good stay. My only real qualm was the weird locations of the power outlets.
