Room was very clean. The bed was soft. The bathroom had dove products.

This stay was amazing. The hotel was clean. The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. My only dislike was the breakfast. While it was free and there was a large selection of items, it was slightly lackluster. It honestly doesn’t even matter tho. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Best hotel experience in a LONG time. Would stay here again and again as needed.

I was disappointed because my in room safe did not work. This is the second time at this specific location I have had an issue with the safe. It’s obvious that these things probably require yearly maintenance and this isn’t being done. If they aren’t going to maintenance them then they need to take this amenity off their website. Thankfully there is another hotel less then a block away I can stay at next time I need a room in this area.

Professional and friendly staff - always someone at the front desk, ready to assist. Rooms were very clean, beds comfy, maid service each day, great breakfast selection. We travel a lot and this was easy!

The staff was amazing and engaging. Loved the hospitality. The breakfast was amazing. Family friendly environment. I loved the amenities with the Dove products. Very thoughtful instead of gross hotel bar soap. Aside from that, Just don't think the area is safe. We were glad that our view in our room was facing the parking lot so we could see our car. The signs that informed us to lock our doors and encourage not leaving bags inside was unsettling. Other than that it was a very great experience. 👍 Good Job IHG!

Extremely soft bed! Very comfortable room, too! I loved the little details—like the bathroom door closed quietly enough not to wake my husband.
The breakfast was right on point, too. Wonderful stay, thank you!
Oh, the switch to turn the bath to a shower didn’t engage quite right, so my shower lacked water pressure, but that’s a relatively small matter; I’ll alert them this morning before I check out and they’ll probably fix it for the next customer.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The staff who took care of the breakfast area kept it clean and refilled the food items. Housekeeping did a great job too. My only concern is the location of the property. It is in a rougher part of town. However, I appreciate that there was a security guard outside at night, and you need to use your room card to enter the hotel at night.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of different food. The pool looked pretty clean, it was a little cold but once u swim around youll be fine. The best part is the price!

The one issue i had was i had a cricket in the room. The cricket was inside the ac unit. Made it hard to sleep. When i called the fron desk was told crickets outside. I was not a happy camper since this was suppose to be a relaxeing weekend

I always book this place when we have to fly out of DFW. It’s close enough to the restaurants and secluded from the busy highways but easily accessible when I need to get to the airport early or returning late. My family always enjoys their stay here.

Our cab driver would not drop us off at this location because he said it was not a safe place. There were strip joints everywhere.
