Our stay at 352 was great! Freddie was available to answer any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful experience. This quiet and cozy hotel was squeaky clean. It was perfectly located. The breakfast was delicious! Do not hesitate to book. I will be definitely coming back on my next trip to PR.

We recently enjoyed a short getaway at 342 Guest House,and we couldn’t be more impressed.From start to finish,our experience was seamless, thanks largely to the exceptional hospitality provided by Teresa and her team.The hotel exudes a sense of safety and privacy,enhanced by secure key access with security cameras.The entire property was not only impeccably clean but also exceptionally comfortable, with AC throughout ensuring a constant pleasant environment. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to each day,and the ambiance was calm and inviting.A standout feature was the rooftop area, boasting breathtaking views and a hot tub that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and ensuring every need was met without being intrusive.Their attention to detail was evident in how they intentionally provided room service during our breakfast at their café.The location was ideal,with major attractions less than 15 mins away.Our room had private balcony overlooking San Juan.On our last day,Teresa generously offered to store our luggage,allowing us to savor one last lunch before our flight.When we returned, we were welcomed with cold water bottles-a thoughtful touch that encapsulated the exceptional service we experienced throughout our stay. All in all,342 Guest House provided an impeccable stay characterized by professionalism, intentionality, and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend it!

The property is well maintained with all facilities updated. The staff is very polite and helpful. A la carte included breakfast was great. Hotel is located in very convenient location, near both Castles and in the middle of Old San Juan. Very close by are numerous restaurants,, coffee shops and bars. This property is a great choice if you're visiting Old San Juan.

Our stay at 352 guesthouse was Amazing! It really felt like a home away from home. The boutique hotel was very classy, beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. Freddy greeted us on the day of our arrival from an early flight. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, our flight arrived at 6am, and he had a room ready for us super early, 8am! They allowed us to check in 8 hours early with no additional charge. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you for the hospitality. My husband and I highly recommend to stay here if looking for a place to stay in Old San Juan!

Our recent stay at 352 Guest House was everything we'd hoped it would be and more. Freddy and Teresa were very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we were greeted with mimosas and provided information about the property and our room. The historic building was beautifully decorated, cozy and impeccably clean. Our room was one of two that has a balcony overlooking the narrow street below, where we enjoyed coffee each morning and a glass of wine each evening. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi for the guests to enjoy. The included breakfast offerings were made-to-order and absolutely delicious. Freddy and Teresa also provided tips on local tours, attractions, bars and restaurants that we found to be very helpful. I cannot say enough about 352 Guest House. It will undoubtedly be our go-to anytime we visit Puerto Rico.

Excellent service! Attention to detail! We arrived and it smelled amazing at all times! Freddie greeted us with mimosas! The rooms were spotless and quiet at night time. The breakfast was 10/10 and was included in our stay and the coffee was delicious! We also enjoyed our time in the rooftop jacuzzi which we separated beforehand. Thank you for your attention to detail from your warm welcome and to holding our bags after checkout. We will come back soon! We have stayed in many places in San Juan before and this was our best yet!

Quiet and very clean property. Walking distance from everything you will need in old San Juan!

From the start, it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by the hotel manager as we pulled up. He brought us in and reviewed the amenities and rules, while we sipped on mimosas. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The a la carte breakfast was delightful, and we felt like we were in a 5 start restaurant. Not just the food, but the coffee options too. The location was extremely convenient because it is a short 1 minute walk to Plaza de Colon, which is a common pickup spot for tours and Uber. Old San Juan is pretty safe already, but the security measures at the hotel eliminated any lingering thoughts of danger. The hotel staff bent over backward to make it an amazing experience. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. A

Lovely, small, and friendly hotel. We got a great welcoming upon arrival by one of the owners. They had a few, well selected, options for breakfast. Incredible service by the staff, made us feel seen and important. The food was delicious, and we did not leave hungry. The inside felt luxious and so did the rooftop with jacuzzi. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance.

Beautifully restored colonial property. Our host was helpful and enthusiastic about showing us the guesthouse and giving us tips about exploring the city. She also recommended a walking architectural tour that we and several guests took and loved. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at 352 Guest House. We had a balcony room on the second floor. It’s really a very beautiful, relaxing hotel. The location in old San Juan was so convenient for walking around. The service was great as well as fantastic breakfast!

This boutique hotel is absolutely amazing! The customer service is better than any 5-star hotel chain. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The made to order complimentary breakfast is flavorful and tasty. The service we received from the moment we entered the hotel is cannot be compared to any hotel. The welcome mimosas was a great touch after a long flight. I will ONLY STAY HERE when I am visiting San Juan! Last, the hotel is close to EVERYTHING! Everything is within walking distance. Even though the hotel is in Old San Juan and very convenient it is very quiet. I don’t know how they are doing it but I am happy! Thank you!

Amazing and extremely Cousy place to stay, Welcoming staff (in particular Teresa) always welcoming and making you feel at home. Location is great and central to all tourists areas. Breakfast is delicious. Definitely a place that we will visit again.
