Real nice, friendly staff

Very poor customer service. Latam cancelled our flight and the hotel refused to do a refund. They have ignored contact through expedia for two weeks and finally said no refund. I wouldn't recommend booking here. Property manager avoided contact with exedia. The latam flight cancellation was beyond my control and I was not able to make my reservation. I did contact the hotel as soon as I knew of the flight cancellation. I went to the hotel in person to also explain and they give you the run around about how expedia must do the cancellation but in fact they are responsible and just ignor expedias attempts of contact. I was told in writing a cancellation refund would be processed. I guess since people live so far away, they can just treat people like this.

nice property perfect location

Great hotel.

Nice clean, cosy and comfortable hotel. The room we had was a bit small. The standard rooms have parking lot views. However, the Mountain View rooms have stunning snow capped Andes views. The hotel is overlooking the lake and Andes mountains. Location is very close to the central Plaza the Armas, restaurants and super makets. Breakfast is mainly cold, with cold cuts, cheese, bread, cookies, cornflakes etc. The hot breakfast option is to get an omelette freshly made. Staff and friendly and courteous. The hotel is very beautiful and clean.

This place is nice and comfy generally speaking. The staff, except one front desk agent, were a bit stiff and timid, like it was their first day on the job. Not a big deal just different from the mostly exceptional and friendly service by every single other place or person we've run into so far in Chile. The down side of this hotel is it can be hot as hell, we literally had to have maintenance turn the heat off completely in our room and the bar and restaurant areas were to hot to spend much time in. Very weird. Overall a good experience but too much heat and stiff employees would send me elsewhere next time. Chile has such a high level of customer service why not take advantage.

The room was rather spartan: No bottled water, only filtered in the hallway No tissue paper No coffe maker in the. Room No ice machine on the floor had to get ice from the bar on first floor No mini fridge in the room. Safety box instruction were incirrect causing the box to close with unknown code.

It's a beautiful hotel with fantastic view.

Very comfortable

The hotel is beautifully located by the water. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Large common areas. The breakfast is very good, a great selection of food and omelets to order as well. I do wish though, that in this area where early start of excursions are common, that they could offer a simple breakfast to go. Instead they try to sell you a box lunch. Our first room was on the second floor and had only a very small part of the window to open, so the room was a little stuffy. Ask for rooms higher up. Our second stay was in a room on the fourth floor, and was more comfortable with better possibility to open the window.

Perfectly located by the water. Quick check in process. Rooms are generally clean, although not quiet from outside noise and background humming(?). Breakfast very underwhelming.

Location

We simply stayed one night to be near the airport. The hotel is on the main road which runs along the water. That makes is super convenient driving into town or to the airport. It also provides a fantastic view of the water and mountains from the lobby and bar, as well as our room since we were on the western side. The down side is the road is quite busy so your sleep may be affected if your room is on that side.

A beautiful place to stay in Puerto Natales Personnel was helpful and friendly The hotel stored our luggages safely until we came back from Torres del Paine Nat. Prk

Horrible organisation we had to wait more than 1 hour to get a room and they’ve asked to double pay the room Worst organisation I ever saw, you are just a bunch of money not a guest

We found this property charming and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the views were lovely from our rooms and the dining areas. The location was well suited to our needs as a jump off point to explore Patagonia.

The check-in staff was amazing. The rooms were huge with beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The dining staff gave us our own private dining are where our kids could be kids and the adults enjoyed the view and the lovely drinks and meal. My friend left her money, iPad, iPod and other valuables in her room & forgot to put them in the locker and went for a whole day trip. When she came back nothing was touched. It shows the integrity and honesty of the staff!! It was a very relaxing stay. I am glad we stayed here :)

I would not stay any other place in Puerto Natales. Class location and staff.
