The hotel is well located just in the middle of Palermo. Walking distance from plaza Serrano where you can find plenty of dining options. The breakfast is outstanding.

Its a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are average size. Best part is they have a bakery in the front of the hotel. The baked goods are pretty good. Its nice to have fresh baked breads in the am. Its situated in a great area, in the heart of palermo soho, where all the action is. Everything is withing walking distance; bars, restaurants, entertainment. Bad things are, water pressure in the shower was so,so. One day there was no hot water. You have to enter security gate, which is ok. No elevators. No bar or lounge area. But you can always just go to the bars next door or within walking distance. It can get loud on weekends as all the bars are close by, but im cool with that. There are no chain hotels in the area so this is a good option.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Its layout is such that while it's in the middle of Palermo Soho, rooms are in the back and shielded from noise from surrounding bars, restaurants, etc. While advertised as "boutique", there are no real luxuries. Rooms are nicely designed, but with minimal accommodations and breakfast could use a little upgrade (hard to believe croissants were almost inedible given how good average pastries are in Argentina!). The staff was super helpful and accommodating of special needs (they purchased low-fa/sugar-free yoghurt for one of the members in our party that was diabetic). The affordable price made this an excellent value and I would stay there again.

Fantastic staff with great knowledge of the area. Located really central in a great area of the city - safe and lively. The room was comfortable, with good storage. The only downside was that the spa bath didn't work.

When we arrived they were really friendly. She upgraded our room as we missed one night due to a flight cancellation. She ensured we were comfortable and assisted us at all times.

This hotel is super cute. It is in the middle of shopping area and very trendy. They have mini breakfast served in the morning which is okay but not bad. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well.

La localización es perfecta.Me asignaron una habitacion en el patio, en el primer piso. Estaban haciendo reformas y las obras empezaron antes de l nueve de la mañana, el ruido insoportable hasta las 15 aproximadamente.La mañana siguiente como mi vuelo salia por la mañana no pude tomar el desayuno ya que se sirve a partir de las 8. Segun me habian indicado al momento del check in podia pedirlo mas temprano si era necesario asique lo pedi para las 7.15-7.30 pero no estaba disponible a la hora acordada

The staff is super friendly and willing to help you and give you recommendations. The only thing that bothers me was the shower tiles. They need an upgrade or a deep cleaning. Other than that the location is great, close to the Subte and with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the heart of beautiful Palermo with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Friendly staff, spacious & clean room. The breakfast included is basic (coffee, tea, toast, muffins, cheese, meat, spreads, scrambled eggs, fruits) but plenty for a good start into the day.
If you book a room facing the street (which we did / with balcony) be aware that it might be a bit noisy from time to time due to the road / traffic. But didn’t bother us. Only thing that comes to mind in an overall really great stay is the fridge in the room which was very loud.
We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Buenos Aires.

The location is excellent, the bed is huge and comfortable, the breakfast is very good! But the friendly and helpful staff make this hotel particularly great - thank you for a wonderful stay!

A nice hotel with all the amenities you need. The hotel staff isn't extremely welcoming and definitely don't rely on them for good recommendations in the area. Wifi isn't great in the garden rooms either (more expensive rooms), so definitely opt for one of the rooms closer to the front.

If you are wanting a great boutique hotel experience in an area of Buenos Aires that is active late into the night, this is the place for you.
The breakfast in the morning is just right to get you going and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I received a free glass of wine and a trip to the spa/sauna.
The rooms have a great style that definitely fits with the area. Two thumbs up!
