The room was nice the AC didn’t work so it was very muggy. It was very hard to get comfortable due to the air not working. I definitely wouldn’t pay almost 200 for that room ever agin.

Bed was hard and hurt my back. Lady at the desk was rude and couldn’t find my my 2 rooms.

Gated parking is a plus, rooms (suites) are spacious and comfy. The hotel is a bit older, the restaurants inside could be more vibrant since walking to get something to eat is not really an option being on a frontage road. Close as you can probably get to dfw so it is convenient. I’d probably stay there again if the situation warrants.

Hotel was okay. Definitely not 4 star. Front desk staff was not friendly at all upon arrival and checkout.

The facility was very nice and the staff was kind and friendly! The only issue was our wait at the restaurant for someone to get in there to wait on us but it was late and they didn’t have anyone else in there so I don’t know if they just were staying busy doing other things as they didn’t know they had a customer! The bartender was great (I only got coke but) she was still super kind and chatty! 💕

Unlike the popular hotel chains, this hotel has 2 bar options, a pool table, a foosball table, 2 dining options, a swimming pool and a good deal of transportation options. They will ride you down the street to a restaurant if you would like and the breakfast is better than hotel chains in my opinion.

Large room with comfy bed. There wise a small store, restaurants, bars, pool, billiards, foosball, table shuffleboard… and every employee I encountered was super friendly. The layout is open and inviting. Treat yourself to this delightful overnight stay!

The property is not exactly in the easiest place to get to, there was hair in our bathroom floor and sink, the bed/pillows were terribly uncomfortable, staff was not overly friendly by any means, housekeeping was knocking on our door before 7a.m. the next morning...

Arrived from the airport, wasn't clear where the shuttle would be or if there was one. Waited money on a Uber. Arrived and waited almost an hour for my room key, the employees where busy arguing amongst each other and another customer.
No free breakfast like the app states; the hotel has free breakfast for people who book through the hotel.
All in all a horrible experience and a horrible hotel, never again

Beautiful property. 1st night there and most of second day NO HOT WATER! No sorrys, just we called the plumber. After asking about hot water tried to get breakfast vouchers and said its not included with my reservation. I had to pull up my emails to prove it was included with my reservation. They should have included free meals for everyone due to the water issues. The breakfast staff was very friendly...Transportation to and from airport was spectacular.
We will not be staying at this location again

When we had an unplanned delay in Dallas that would have us flying out the following day- we needed to find a hotel that was convenient to the airport to avoid having to sleep at the airport and found it! Easy booking, seamless check in, transportation to the airport every 30 minutes, restaurant and bar open late for those arriving late, breakfast, comfy room and bed, great value for price. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Property rooms were very clean. What I did not like was the restaurant waiter with glasses who was rude on the first day at breakfast and seemed to be desperate to get the coupons for the free breakfast in all the days we were eating there before we even finished breakfast.

The staff wasn't the most professional but they weren't the worst. My room was clean except for the dirty napkin that was behind the dresser. I don't think the cleaning staff look for these things. The hotel pretty much served the purpose we used it for. The area is close to a lot of things so it was easy to get around via Uber.

We counted on the DFW 530 AM airport shuttle. We were VERY surprised and disappointed that we were NOT dropped at our correct terminal. "Everybody out" at C Terminal. It was a challenge for us and other groups to figure out the Airport Terminal shuttle system. Be sure to allow extra time for your departure if checking bags. Otherwise, all good.

my experience here was horrible; the pictures don’t lie. The phones on both areas of my suite do not work, I found this out when attempted to get room service they didn’t have. Hotels.com say they are not responsible for the accuracy of the description, the information they expect you to rely on for a decision….so clean bed linens should not be expected? There should be some consumer protection here….

The check in reception was not welcoming at all. She did not tell me anything about parking where my room was I had to ask. She wanted to know what time I would be checking out. The room was very outdated. I do not know how this hotel is 4 stars.

At check-in the service desk employees acted distracted and juvenile. When it was time to transport our group of 9 to the airport, the driver refused to drop us at Terminal E stating that it was to early in the morning for this. No person involved with the airport had heard of this. The transit driver asked which hotel we were associated with and when given the name Atrium, replied that he was not surprised. I assume that the Atrium must be in a state of decline in management if this is the attitude of DFW employees.
