Hotel was not worth the money. It is old and out dated. There is nothing amazing about this place. Place is falling apart. Leaks everywhere and moldy corners. Room tiles broken, shower pressure was terrible and the drain metal was poking out and you wouls get hurt if stepped on. We complained but they said engineering had to go and we had to wait for them. We didnt stay long in san juan and wanted to enjoy our time there and not wait for engineering. Housekeeping can go in when we are out but not engineering? Makes no sense. Honestly, will not stay here again. There are 10 times better hotels for the same price.

I absolutely loved my stay at Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, as well as my garden room with the ocean view. Room keeping came everyday, giving us new towels and doing a wonderful job making the room look brand new. I got a $50 credit each day to spend at the breakfast place, pool bar, or lobby bar. The food at the pool bar is surprisingly very good, and not just some microwaved frozen food. The breakfast was also delicious, we did the buffet each day. We had dinner at Mortons one night, which is always delicious. The bartenders, especially Roberto were wonderful. He gave us great restaurant and excursion recommendations. The beach at the hotel is small, so I recommend taking a 10 minute uber to go to Isla Verde beach. Water and beach is BEAUTIFUL there. Everyone is so nice. Overall an amazing destination and trip. I definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to be back soon.

There isn’t anything I disliked about Caribe Hilton except for the LIZARDS!!!

Ok overall

The best! I was early and they let me check in early. The staff is super sweet, professional, courteous and so helpful. Everyone is eager to help and make your time spectacular!!! I highly recommend staying at the Caribe Hilton!

Absolutely love the beach and pool area! My favorite hotel to stay at in San Juan. The only issue I had was with the new restaurant Oceans. We went in for lunch and everything was amazing. Wanted to have dinner there and was told by the owner that they stop serving food at 11p. We came back in at 10:08pm and was told the kitchen was closed. I had asked the owner several times if the kitchen closed before they did and was told no.
