This was the absolute worst stay, I will not be back to this hotel again. We chose this hotel because of how close it was to the airport; we traveled all day and have a very early flight the next morning. Waited over an hour for the shuttle to come to the airport, called the hotel multiple times to see where it was and they kept saying it was a few minutes away, every time. After finally getting picked up, we left the airport only to turn right back around after getting on the highway to pick more people up! The front desk receptionist did not care we had issues getting there and was rude. We asked if the shuttle in the morning would be as unorganized as the evening shuttle and she assured us that it’s different in the morning since it runs on a schedule. We opted to be picked up at 4:55am and of course it was late, again. It was also packed and had to turn people away that signed up for a specific timeframe because there was no room! The experience we had with the shuttle has made me never want to return to this property or any LaQuintas again. Rude, unfriendly, not helpful at all, dismissive; if the shuttle was going to be that late I would have had no problem ubering. But instead waited over an hour just to turn right back around and make more stops. We were outside waiting for the shuttle at 7:40pm and didn’t make it to our hotel until 9:45pm. Complete waste of time

Guest service was really nice bed had springs sticking out was hard someone was smoking weed down the hall it was just nasty

Airport shuttle did not run in the afternoon, so we had to take a taxi. Very poor.

Clean comfortable room great for an overnight stay to get connecting flights. Our room was great, comfortable bed nice and clean plenty of linens. The shuttle service was awesome. Saved us on $60 going to and from the airport. My only gripe would be the outside is kinda not tended to, but that didn’t matter to us where they just now.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each and requested connecting rooms, since my kids were going to be in the second room. I called the day of arrival and asked again for connecting rooms. Was told she switched the rooms and they will be connecting. When we arrived i asked the lady at the fro t desk and was told oh we dont have any connecting rooms. I saod well ot says you do online and i called and asked. She said well lets see where you are at. Oh yes yall are 221 and 222. Those are the only connecting rooms we have available. I lnew walking away they were not but at least they were close to each other. I dont understand why you offer connecting rooms if you can get any when you need them. Also if you are going to have someone working the front desk, they should be knowledgeable about your hotel.

It is highly recommended important for me to have a good condition gym at the hotels I stay at all the time. It is the reason why I picked this one in particular, but the equipment is in very poor shape and the room smelled like humidity.

The renovations which were ongoing last year are complete and the result is awesome. Clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. PM desk manager is great. He is professional and informative.
