The room was comfy. Main issue was the AC. It was either on (arctic blast) or off. San Juan is humid and the room would get very stuffy quickly without the AC. But we could only stand to have it on for 20 minutes at a time as it was too cold.

Upon arriving at the hotel it was run down appeared to be old and not very clean
Ended up not Checking in as I was uncomfortable with the initial appearance and I was concerned with the whole environment I felt very uncomfortable and questioned the saftey

The water for the shower never got hot or warm--very difficult to deal with for four days. We were on the third floor. The location is superb if you like Escambron beach!

My room has water leaking through the window, no coffee, nothing at all. For what I pay it is a two star Hotel

This is a small hotel however, it is very well maintained and organized. It’s very cleaned and family friendly. I felt safe with my kids. This was an emergency booking because our original booking didn’t work so we were able to find this place and it was a great stay those few days. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a place for the night but don’t require much space. It does have a fridge and a microwave but the room space is somewhat limited. I feel it’s perfect for just a few nights for a family or it’ll start to feel cramped. However, if it’s just one or two adults maybe it’ll be better.

The lady at check in was amazing !!! I wish I had gotten her name but she went over and above to help us out when my son left his wallet on a taxi ! I want to give her a huge shout out !!! That’s Customer service at it’s finest !!!!

I liked that the area had a place to dine. I disliked the elevator not being in service the 1st day untill check out,the tv didnt work and there was barely anyone at the front desk. We had a cruise planned so it was nice they provided transport to the port which was about 10 mins away .

The staff person check is in was very friendly. The lobby area was clean. Stairways were clean upon entering our room. We noticed Steve sheets from some type of source food towels stained errors between sheets immediately notify the front desk. They switched us to another room.

To make your stay pleasant I highly recommend Pasavento suite I won't give it 5 stars I would say that is an understatement that being said I give10 stars
