My stay was wonderful, the staffs were top 👍. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Thanks to everyone and we hope to come back again next year and this with our 2 boys.

The standards are not aligned with a five star hotel, few towels in the bathroom, there are no toothbrush, toothpaste, sufficient shower gel and shampoo, shoe cleaner, ear cleaning sticks, etc. for use by customers; there are no bathrobes.

The Hotel is good the rooms are nice and spacious, Only problem is that the internet is very very slow! The slow internet speed was also felt by all residents I spoke to at the hotel.
The mattress although thick is quite soft which for me caused discomfort/ back pain. Not sure if it’s worn out or designed like that but I believe more worn out than design.

I had a wonderful first visit to Oman while staying at the Grand Millenium. The staff was gracious and responsive, helping me to arrange a trip to Wadi Shab on short notice.

The bathtub sink wasn’t working properly as it supposed to be, and when I asked the staff they told me all rooms with this plan got the same issue, we got another room which was suite, but no body told us there was access to their lounge only after checking out.
