This was our anniversary trip and we were returning there because we had a great time last year. This year was a big disappointment. We were given a room without a balcony. Our room overlooked the construction on the pool deck. We were unaware of the construction prior to our arrival. We notified housekeeping we were leaving and 6 hours later our room was not clean upon our return.
The hotel slid a notice under our door and asked us to please let them know when we returned because they wanted to bring us an anniversary surprise. We called for 2 days to no avail. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers that covered a breakfast for one breakfast per person.
The shuttle bus never came to transport us to town but that was okay we used Uber.
Not returning next year it isn’t the same.

Great big business hotel in San Juan…close to The District with many dinning options and music halls! AMAZING Casino and perfect Wild Turkey bourbon old fashioneds, Negronis and Aperol Spritzes served in their bar!

BEWARE!! Don’t come here if you don’t want….. Comfortable beds, great food. The hotel was beautiful. Room service cleaned our room, changed our sheets, and gave us clean towels daily. 24/7 room service. Poolside drink service. 24/7 Casino. When we booked they did not tell us there will be a $100.00 hold for every day you stay at the hotel- so if you stay 5 days, they hold $500.00. They also failed to mention the daily hotel flat rate of $49.00 a day. If you are traveling on a budget, this hotel is not for you.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. The room was well maintained and cleaned. The staff always acknowledged you with a good morning or good afternoon and huge smile. The hotel smelled amazing too.

The parking situation is bas whenever you have many activities on the area. Food prices are pretty ridiculous on some cases like the breakfast buffet. Service, on the other hand, is always great.
