The location...Irving.

The bland customer service at check in...long wait with reservation... unexpected cash deposit asked for at checking. Roaches. Roaches crawling on the walls...in the microwave and even on the bed. Stayed in a 2 star hotel on Booking and it had no roaches. Very disappointed. Won't be staying at the Oyo again unless in another location. The staff is so dry...if it's something the concierge does daily there should be some sort of pleasant banter while checking in. There's none. No apologies for the unexpected guests(roaches) when mentioned to front desk.

- Receptionist is rude, doesn’t greet guests - entire hotel smells like smoke - they reuse toilet paper from the prior room guests -pool stinks - no complimentary toiletries - bed comforters had hair - not enough toilet paper - hotel hallways look old and dirty -broken elevator

No breakfast

There was no breakfast avaliable. Location was good. I wish the pool could have been bigger.

Wish the pool could have been bigger. There were not enough bath towels for all 4 of use to use. I didn't ask for more towels, we were in and out every day of our stay. The elevator was out of order! The ice machine and washer dryer were also out of order. The only ice machine was on the main floor, which wasnt very conveint to us. Also the room and halls smelled of smoke! I had booked a non-smoking room.
