The property is spacious, well furnished and is ideally located alongside Lake Cay. The balcony overlooks the lake and allows viewing of spectacular sunset vistas. Grocery store (Publix), pizza, Chinese, burger and bakery restaurants, and pharmacy (Walgreens) are within walking distance. Florida Mall and Wall-Mart are a short driving distance. Close to Universal Studios and Convention Centre. Disney is not too far. Airport is within fifteen to twenty minutes. There is a nice recreation centre within the property that has a pool, hot water spa and a bar/snack place. The place is equipped with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools which are quite adequate for short stays but these need to be supplemented for longer stays. For example, there are no serving platters and baking dishes are sparse. The staff is quite responsive, however, when asked to provide more stuff.The balcony furniture was a great disappointment and needs to be refurbished. One of the lounging chairs was broken and the settee was creaky -- you sat on it at your own peril! This marred our experience. if the balcony furniture were renewed/replaced, it would make this place ideal.Because of balcony and kitchen equipment issues, we have rated this property as four stars. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a five-star one.

This condo was perfect for our needs! Clean and well stocked for a family.Slept 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably and was quite spacious. its close proximity to the Convention Center, Top Golf, Universal Studios, Mario cart racing, restaurants was a plus and it walking distance to the grocery store! We would definitely book it again.

We stayed at this condo while attending a trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention Center. Perfect location to walk back and forth. Condo was well furnished, clean and pleasant.

Beautiful Condo with a nice view
2nd time staying with this firm / different condo. This one is GORGEOUS in a quiet building. Roomy, big, well appointed with a nice balcony that has a lake view from a 3rd floor. Great location and you're near the Vista Cay pool / club house.

Beautiful, as always
This is our 3rd rental with Monica, first in this unit. It was beautiful and SO clean. The only issue we had was the beds were very hard. That could be personal preference, but to us they were not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was really great. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. We have been staying at Vista Cay for about 11 years now and Monica's units are really the best.

We came to Orlando to attend the Ignite Conference. We were so busy at the convention center and exhausted as we left every day. The Spring Lakeview condo was the perfect place in which to relax and recover each day. Perfect for our Week oin Orlando
3 of us women shared this condo while in Orlando for a week long conference. We wanted a place where we could wake-up in the morning and have our coffee while catching up on work, etc, and be able to get away from the hotels where thousands of conference goers would be staying. This place was perfect. Quick drive to the conference center, very well put together, wifi worked GREAT, and we had our own little sanctuary from the chaos. We will be looking here again next year.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location, Excellent Communication
From the moment we booked the communication was quick and efficient. Having the App available for any questions we had and all information needed was wonderful. The Condo is absolutely beautiful and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Corner unit with great view of the lake. Beds are comfortable, lots of space throughout to move around and spread out. I contacted Monica with the management company with questions prior to our stay and during. She was very helpful. We will definitely be re-booking for any future trips to Orlando.

I loved the condo it was spacious very clean close to everything the only thing that needs fixing is a topper for the beds they are so hard and uncomfortable. Can never stay until that is addressed.

Truly a luxury escape
We have enjoyed many holiday vacations at Vista Cay. We have stayed in some lovely 3 bedroom condos. Orlando Luxury Escapes are definitely at the top of the pile. The condo was fabulous!!!
