We loved staying here. Would stay here again. We had a few outlets and a blow dryer that didn’t work and when we reached out to the owner about it she ignored us. Other then that it was great!!

We booked this suite for our extended family's 4th of July vacation. The suite was spacious and accommodated 11 of us with no problem. The furniture in the space needs some updating. For instance, the couch turns into a sofa bed, and it was super uncomfortable for my niece as the springs dug into her back the whole night. There was only 1 pan available for 11 folks, so making breakfast was a challenge. They only supplied 2 rolls of TP for the entire suite. The dishwasher was not the best either. We had to run to a nearby Walmart to buy dishwashing pods, additional toilet paper, and paper towels. So if you rent this spot, remember that you will need to buy these things along with pots and pans if you plan to cook for your family during your stay. The area was probably my biggest issue. Many uncouth people at the pool and the front desk. It seemed like everywhere you went in the area, you were faced with a "rachet" person using vulgar language or behaving inappropriately with no regard for others.

I would recommend this place to everyone! The pools are great! The layout is wonderful! We had a great time!

We were here for a Trade Show and had a total of 5 people. It is a very nice place, convenient to everything and more than enough space. It is like being in your own home. Recommend for large groups, family's, etc. It has everything for cooking, laundry etc Only downside is their internet connection, very weak and front desk wasn't too helpful regarding such

we took a family disney vacation. 6 adults and 2 children. the place was great. very clean, very roomy. terrific location. people were helpful and friendly. 2 pools. one with lots of activities, and the other quite private and quiet. enjoyed them both. also, the large deck was a great place for all of us to get together and socialize. very private. easy check in/check out. the on site irish pub had great meals, although wouldn't recommend for breakfast. Landry's is very close by, easy to find and has wonderful seafood and great service. walmart close by to pick up groceries/snacks. the shuttles to disney weren't always the most convenient. think it would be easier to just take a cab. gets you closer and takes you where you want to go--less walking as you are already walking so much in the theme parks. the shuttle always drops you off at the epcot bus lot and you have to find your own transport to the other parks, which can take a while--as well as having to get yourself back to the epcot bus lot to be picked up after a long tiring day at the park. would highly recommend this rental if you are traveling with a larger group and need your own space/bathrooms, etc.

The Villa was perfect. We had a family of 11 and the space was fine for us. It was close to everything. Very private. No one bothered us. We did purchase a few kitchen items and then donate them to the Villa for the next guests to use. That was the only thing was the kitchen could have used some more cooking utensils/supplies. Otherwise everything else was perfect and I would stay there again.

Our family of three generations had a wonderful stay in Orlando at this condo. It was very spacious, clean, fresh, and bright. Staff who we encountered were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to drive to Disney Parks. We had a wonderful visit and would come again. Thank you for an amazing family condo for us to all share magical moments.

What a great place to stay! The complex has great pools, especially the zero-entry one for kids and a few hot tubs. There's a convenience store, Pizza Hut and pub in Building 1, where this unit is located. And you can walk right across the parking lot to do some shopping at the outlets. It's also about a 10 min drive to Disney Springs for great restaurants and entertainment, and the beginning of the Disney area. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, including a baby and there was tons of space in the unit. I especially loved how the bedrooms were spread out on either end of the unit, maximizing privacy, and the balcony is huge. There's a washer-dryer in the unit, which is convenient. The jetted tubs (with lights!) in the master bedrooms were very relaxing after a long day of walking. I do agree with other reviewers that the kitchen is a bit spartan if you plan on cooking in. It'd be nice to have a cutting board and peeler to peel fruits or veggies for a salad. Also, maybe a frying pan (there are only a couple of pots). Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay in. Very comfortable, clean, good value and in a great location!

We went to Orlando with another family so we had 4 adults and 4 kids in this condo and it was perfect. It was an easy drive to Universal Studies and to the Magic Kingdom. The pool was fun and the Irish pub on the property was really yummy. The perfect launching and landing pad for our week of theme park fun.

It was great! We had the married couples in the master suites, and the unmarried men in one double room and the girls in the other. Not sure how the number sleeps "14" is computed, as couples in the suites leave 4 double bed. Within another on the pullout couch and pull out chair, seems that 10 is all for the way most people would prefer to sleep.

The condominium was exactly as described. Tastefully decorated, clean, and well laid out. Easily accommodated eight women. Location was perfect for all points of interest in the "Disney" area. Will definitely re-book. Loved it. The management and property staff were wonderful too.

The location was perfect - especially for Disney parks! As for the unit, the size / space was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone - and in incredible balcony. There were a lot of maintenance and cleaning issues, however. We reported this issues as we found them to the onsite property manager. They did offer to move us to a different unit mid-week (which we appreciated but declined). Upon our return from Florida, I did email the owner. I wanted to ensure that the onsite property managers were communicating these issues to her so they could be rectified. I have yet to receive a response from the owner. Just hoping the issues will be addressed because, otherwise, this would be a great rental.

The penthouse was very spacious and was perfect for our party of 8. We stayed through Thanksgiving and was able to cook a traditional meal (We brought some of our supplies such as foil pans, crockpots, and serving utensils). It is lacking in measuring cups/spoons but that was minor, and we made due. The giant tubs were helpful and relaxing after visiting the theme parks.

We had a wonderful stay. Great proximity to Disney. Very convenient for our Disney vacation. The unit exceeded our expectations!

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at this place. No hassle on the reservation, arrival & departure. Clean, spacious & accessible to everything & every place we want to go ( disney parks, universal, outlets, walmart). All ameneties you could ask for!!! My nephews love the arcade, we all enjoyed the pool, restaurant downstairs & there's even a convenient store! It is as described by the owner! We will definitely come back here again!

We had a great time this past weekend. The rooms were all very nice and very clean. My wife particularly enjoyed the tub...The kitchen was well equipped and everything was accessible. Everyone enjoyed both pools, especially the Pirates ship...Patricia was very helpful with reservations and every staff that we came in contact with was very courteous and helpful. One nice man stopped what he was doing to go search for a luggage cart...unsolicited...he just saw that we could use one and did it. We will definitely return. A+

The condo was nice. The kitchen was not well equipped if you plan to do any cooking. The washer and dryer were far too small for a condo that accommodates so many people. The location was awesome!

This was our second time staying at this resort and the first time booking with Patricia. Room was great, close to Disney. Great pool for the kids and Irish pub on site makes it easy to grab dinner. We booked at the last minute and even though there were a few issues with getting our room booked, Patricia went above and beyond to help us book the room. She was great. We'll definitely be booking our next stay with her again.
