Plenty of space, good sized rooms in a good location for exploring the country. Fairbourne railway and proximity to the sea made it for the children.
A bit dated.

Absolutely nothing!!!
Everything, the house is filthy dirty, smelly, dog muck on the lawn and the owner doesn't seem interested at all, only agreed to giving half our money back and we only managed to stay 1 hour! Arrived at 5pm and left 6pm the same day, still in shock at how bad this property is, it's a misrepresentation and I am taking legal action to ensure I receive all of my money back, owner ought to be ashamed, please do not book this place unless you want to stay in a dirty hovel

The location was good. The weather was fantastic. Extremely large property. Lots of crockery kitchen utensils and cutlery.
The property is in need of some TLC. It needs a thorough clean and more attention to detail when replacing bedding to ensure it is thoroughly clean.

Excellent location! Huge communal family areas. Everything you could possibly need. A little dated, but comfy beds, spotless bedding and towels.

The hoover could do with more suction 😄

great location
could have been cleaner - very tired plaster coming off walls, funny smell and sofas smelt

The house was beautifully warm and cosy in blustery conditions. Location is excellent - on the beach. Everything has been thought of.
Great short break for us as an extended family.
Everything was very clean.

Nice big house loads of equipment great garden space comfortable beds hundreds of books and surprises.
Good location.
Fence doesn't keep dogs in but not a serious problem.
Musty smell in sun room.

Great base for a family get together and plenty to do in the area. Kitchen is well equipped. Spacious dining room.

Location was perfect, across a small road and on to the beach, at the start of the dog friendly part of. the beach.
Easy to walk to the local pub, Indian takeaway and the village shop. Trains available to other parts of the coast too

Outstanding place for a large group, roomy, warm and comfortable. Liked the retained 1930s features with lots of beautiful furniture. Felt cosy. Beds were exceptional. Two bedrooms had their own wash basins so no queues for the two bathrooms. Lots of room to spread out, we particularly liked the 2 comfortable lounges; the upstairs lounge overlooks the sea, with beautiful sunsets. Well equipped for kitchen pots, pans, etc. Full of interesting furniture, pictures, treasure trove of books, DVDs, videos. Large rear garden. Great peaceful location on sea front and very scenic area. Good walks. Proximity to railway station for trips along the coast, and essential local shops, also to Fairbourne Railway. Local attractions not too far to drive to. Would definitely book again.
None of these impaired our stay, but the fridge freezer, food storage and kitchen bin were of inadequate size for 10 people, given that decent sized supermarkets are a distance away and you need to stock up. Outside bins already full on arrival. Entrance door needs a draft excluder. Windows not clean. Only 2 car parking spaces at property, although you can park on grass verge outside. Local fish and chip shop dreadful - avoid!

This bungalow is like a Tardis. Lots more space inside than anticipated. Fully equipped for everyones needs. Was nice to have most of the rooms all on one level, with the lounge on the upper level with plenty of seating to relax in the evenings. The dining room table is huge and perfect when there is a large group of you. Lovely gardens to the front & rear. The front is a sun trap in good weather (which we were lucky to have). Perfect location for the beach & to use as a base for travelling around North & Mid Wales. Hopefully will book this place again for our next visit. The owner has been very helpful & pleasant Thank you Barbara.
There wasn’t anything that any of us disliked. To some younger people some areas may appear dated as lots of old pictures & books around the house. (This wasn’t a negative for us we loved them. Had us reminiscing about our own past)

Fairly nice and quiet surroundings.
Absolutely filthy conditions of the property. Couldn’t check in until after 5 because of the cleaners but it didn’t look to have been properly cleaned for months. A thick covering of dust across most surfaces, left over pizza in the fridge and rotting fruit left on the side. The place had a floaty and musty smell upon arrival. A few of us had to leave early due to the conditions of the place, one of which is 5 months pregnant.

The house was a great size
Lots of items in kitchen for cooking with ect
The beach was absolutely stunning
Pebbles were very steep the top of the beach so
Crocs were needed but otherwise gorgeous
The house itself was unfortunately a bit grubby
The towels were tiny and scratchy
The garden was advertised as enclosed but there was gaps in the fencing to the back garden
The WiFi was poor
The heating was difficult to manage ( two systems with odd requests ( one turns off when you shut doors ?))
No blinds on widows
The windows had to safety catches so couldn’t have them open much as I have children with asd and it’s dangerous ( even though it was 28 degrees)

it could of been a lot cleaner

Self catering. Location superb.
Outside toilet soiled but cleaners came to deal with, within the hour. Not a pleasant find though!
4.5
Well equipped kitchen, plenty of room for dining and relaxing with extended family, comfortable beds and peaceful location with a dog friendly beach on the doorstep.
A bigger fridge freezer would be more convenient when catering for large family groups.
