The location is great and plenty of parking
The place was tired, expanding foam seems to have been used for every repair. The staff were young but enthusiastic.
We stayed 5 years ago and were impressed but feel standards have slipped since then.

Tv and arial issue which the female manager couldn’t help enough to resolve and indeed did very quickly.

The breakfast was good (12,50 £), the beds were comfortable.
The room was small and dark. There was only 1 chair and no cupboard. The roomservice was poor.
And all that for 120 £!

Visited numerous times as ideal location for Anglesey circuit with big car park for trailers restaurant was good as usual and recently refurbished rooms tastefully done.
I was extremely disappointed with the very poor quality mattress, for a recently refurbished room to not have a new mattress is poor. I don’t d wonder if it was just me but the other 8 people in my party all concurred. For over £100 a night a decent mattress has to be the minimum requirement.

Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Clean room (could have done with a toilet brush) excellent breakfast

The kitchen and pub staff who were so helpful and thoughtful
The food was tasty also
At check in I was told I’d have to pay extra for the dog despite later reading my emails from the hotel stating/ confirming there would be no extra charge for the dog. Not very pleased with this.
In the room the sink wouldn’t drain, bulb not working in bedroom.

Friendly staff in the bar and overall too.
Maybe a lift would be helpful.

Stayed at the hotel overnight during a trip to Anglesey for business. The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere and staff were friendly, helpful and very organised. The room was nicely furnished, very clean and was also very quiet, which was very helpful as I had some work to complete in the evening - this was further helped by the excellent WiFi, provided free of charge.
I also booked a table in the restaurant for the early evening, which was quite busy for a Sunday. The food was excellent and very good value for money, arrived quickly and waiting staff were very attentive and organised.
Have already recommended the hotel to the training organisation I was representing and suggested they recommend it to other trainers and contacts who might be looking for accommodation in Anglesey.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like during my stay. Staff were very organised, explained everything that I needed to know during the checking in process and generally did a great job of providing me an enjoyable and hassle-free overnight stay.

very clean. food amazing. friendly staff.
breakfast at £12 per adult and £7 for a child. as paying guests who spent a great deal of money the night before it’s a bit much.

The staff were very helpful. Large bathroom with nice tub. Comfortable bed. Restaurant looked ok, although we walked to a nearby bistro for dinner.
On a noisy intersection, no air conditioning, very hot, as opening the window made it too noisy. Once the shower got hot, couldn't turn it down !
