Great stay, friendly staff, great service, comfy, clean rooms.

I had a great stay here. Really friendly staff, very helpful. Nice, clean comfortable room. EV charging in the car park, so I was able to recharge my car overnight. Tasty breakfast, just a shame I was only staying for one night. I will definitely be back again!

Would stay again, good sleep and best hotel I’ve stayed in at Great Yarmouth

Location, clean rooms and well laid out, parking facilities and the terrace.

The lift, the parking layout, shower pressure was poor. Breakfast was good but small portioned, would be better if continental was help yourself than ordered. Orange juice had bits in it! (Only like smooth)

Best in Yarmouth

Was excellent all round stayed in 5 others and yes was slightly more expensive but so worth it clean comfy quite and staff so helpful we be back 10/10

Excellent time well worth a visit

Breakfast & Dinner were superb, room was a good size, in a good location on the 3rd floor with sea view also very clean with daily maid service, bathroom facilities were also excellent will definitely stay there again.

Bed could have been a little softer and was a little lumpy as we both had slight back ache in the mornings. Old style lift was ok as long as other guests shut both doors properly, a new style lift may be an advantage. Parking could be improved by a ticket on the windscreen with registration number on it to show you are a guest as it seems there is no restriction to parking for non residents who could park there if they are not using the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing great choice and ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. Couldn't wish for anything better

I would only return for a short break.

The food quality was very good at both breakfast and dinner. Wi Fi was good in the room. Free Parking, and although first come first serve, it was rarely without a space in mid August.

Storage in bathroom very poor for 2. House double room was very cramped & the luggage chest whilst necessary, caused a pinch point round the bed. Service in the restaurants was very slow at times.

Fabulous weekend,s stay with our friends

Grant was exceptionally friendly, nothing too much trouble. All staff were amazing. Room was lovely, breakfast incredible. Thank you, this was my first visit, have booked for July, cannot wait

Relaxing

The charm and relaxation which can only come from long term retention of employees who have a warm welcome for everyone. Great food and the breakfast menu is huge.

Happy with everything apart from conservatory being closed staff were all excellent

Breakfast was superb room was very comfortable the only slight issue was the water in the shower wasn’t as hot as I would like

We were looking forward to having a few drinks in the conservatory in the evening only to find it closed at 3 pm out of season. Can’t really see why they do this and speaking to other guests they also were looking forward to having a drink whilst looking at the sea

Excellent, welcoming and comfortable hotel.

Excellent.

One member is staff did not seen to seem to understand the need for decaffeinated drinks and meat free (vegan) food at an event. But overall, staff so helpful and understanding of dietary needs and needing avoid certain foods and drinks.

We had a lovely stay, and have no complaints!

We had a lovely room, with a balcony and sea view. Complementary milk and mineral water in the fridge is a lovely touch. There was a lovely choice for breakfast, all freshly prepared.

Great! If I go to that area again I would have no hesitation to book again. Recommend!

Everything! Especially air conditioning in room (just a shame it was at back of the hotel rather than in a room with a sea view!)

TV location - should have been on wall at foot of bed rather than the side! As above - shame there was not an air -conditioned single room with a sea view.
