Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Great value for money. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very welcoming reception. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was a bit on the small side, and sound proofing was more or less zero, but it's a Victorian hotel, so it's no wonder. It would have been nice to have proper curtains to make the room properly dark at night.

It was fabulous!

Clean, bright and airy. The staff were fantastic and so polite, Nothing was too much trouble. Made me feel like I was in a home away from home.

Perfect hotel in great location with the friendliest family who run the hotel

Brilliant hotel exceptional service from everyone, extremely clean, room comfortable. Breakfast is included and it was lovely. Definitely recommend the restaurant as the food is really lovely. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back thank you

Fabulous trip to an event

Lovely hosts and staff, fabulous breakfast.

Think I parked in the wrong place under a tree full of birds 😆 🤣...First stop on leaving for the car wash only joking next year I will use another space.

Excellent value and comfort, location perfect and meals generous with comfortable restaurant and Bar

Staff all attentive ,courteous and friendly. Room was of excellent size and lay out. Location excellent with beach and "Waterways" park opposite. Breakfeast quite superb and evening restaurant menu excellent.

Only criticism would be the bathroom in our room rather dated and dull which was quite a contrast to the rest of the room.

Great location and a lovely service.

Perfect location for me. Just up the road from a weekender I was attending. The breakfasts were lovely in the morning and the selection of the evening meals were great.

The lock on my door wasn’t perfect but it’s not the end of the world.

we had a fab stay, it was just for 1 night but was perfect. sea view room was clean tidy with tea/coffee facilities.

friendly, welcoming team. characterful and very clean hotel. very good breakfast. bar looked v nice but didn’t use it (no time). off street parking

just me - but I like a very well filled pillow . As with many,many places I’ve stayed in, found pillows too soft. husband thought they were fine. minor detail and I’d certainly stay again.

Great hotel.

The rooms were large and massive bed. Lovely views The dinning room was very clean. Breakfast was large,we had full English each morning

When we arrived only one parking space left,which we managed to get into.

single room for £97. Sleeping standing up possibly more comfortable. Crazy hot, tiny room , every noise from other room, impossible to sleep. creaky bed. the room was no more than twice the size of the single mattress.

Superb little hotel

Almost everything!!! Comfortable rooms. Hotel clean everywhere. Staff attentive and very helpful. Breakfast amazing. Out of the way of the hustle of the nightlife but about 10 min walk In to centre. Room had a bath which is rare these days. Breakfast staff couldn't do enough for us and all the other staff were friendly and hospitable. Food was incredible and plentiful. Was nice to be actually served instead of self service. Local produce used Would def stay there again

No curtains up at the bedroom windows. Just a roller blind. Which was OK but when it's warm and the windows are open, and there's a breeze, the plastic bit at the bottom of the blind bashes against the window. Keeps you awake and is very annoying. Also not blackout blinds. Curtains would be better option. Breakfast only served til 9.30 so you don't get much if a lie in !!!!

The shower wasn't powerful enough The bath was very creaky didn't feel safe The bathroom was freezing The evening meal was not good
