A break away

Everting was perfect we always use the same Aparment the top one perfect

It’s seem the blinds were changed and one of the them Came of but got it sorted but not properly The shower is a low pressure bit slow no bin or soap in bathroom the top ice drawer got a crack in it b careful Tink the place could do with a paint to But landlord is perfect 100 Perfect

Could have been better

Large roomy apartment. Beds comfy .

Don't think the floor has been washed in weeks . Plates and cutlery needed washing before use .Not clean. The bathroom was dirty.behind basin dusty cobwebs. Toilet brush and area around dusty/dirty. Kitchen sockets dirty not wiped over. Bottles under sofa from previous guest. Coffee provided and sugar but only 2 tea bags for 4 people over a two night stay. Window blinds are broken and messy. Vent cover missing on one bedroom window so very breezy . Evenings the bathroom stunk of sewage as above apartments used toilet.not pleasant. Paid extra for premium, so I feel it wasn't worth it, although I wonder if other apartments were worse .

White linen and towels, smooth check-in with key in the lock, spacious apartment

While line, white towels, very clean room and bathroom

No shower gel is available upon arrival. Pots and pan have to be changed for new as scratched and overused.

Great Yarmouth town itslf appears to have been left to decay

The location is very convenient for the sea front. As for the apartment itself, I guess the adage that comes to mind is "you get what you pay for".

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, (a bit like boiled cabbage). The general area around this apartment seems quite run-down

Wouldn’t reccomend and most definately will not stay there again

Spacious

Sloping ceiling in the bedroomwhich meant you couldnt sit up in bed and was a real hazard in the night time No bedside lamps provided so got up in total darkness Used my phone as a torch but still banged my head Actual handprints on ceiling where people had put out their hands to protect themselves Same problem in the bathroom which for a man caused a real problem to use the toilet The apartment was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t indicated to us had very narrow stairs to carry up big suitcases Blinds on the windows tatty Stairwell not very clean and apartment floor dirty Wi fi didn’t work Really hard to get any communication going with the owner Still waiting for the agreed refund

Excellent. Much needed family get together

Excellent space, close to everything.

Cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Sticky patches on the floor in the lounge and dust on the clothing rail and skirting boards. Would still stay again.

Great place to explore Grest Yarmouth near town centre and sea front

Great location clean comfortable

Only 1 small cup and 1 mug needs replacing at a small cost and massive breakfast bowls - we did have an issue with the washing machine but that was fixed straight away

The apartment was very spacious. As almost everything you need. Lovely powerful shower. Decent sized fridge! In a brilliant location!

Messaged owner, no response. No smoking apartments but the smell of weed was insane! The bathroom definitely needs an overhaul.

Was not clean people smoking drugs outside which you could smell in the flat, arguing smashing and slamming doors. Told the landlords who didn't even acknowledge my text. Remove the property off booking.com

FILTHY

Filthy and disgusting ...no response to messages about how dirty the place was . Hasn't seen a hoover or mop in goodness knows how long . No plug for the sink.1 dirty tray to cook with. Broken (boiling hot) shower. Booked 2 apartments and 1 hadn't even been cleaned or touched since the previous people staying. Sent a cleaner which only took 10minutes for them to be in and out. Good job I took a pack of anti back wipes as we used the whole pack when arriving which were BLACK after 😞

Had a Good Holiday But ....

Location is good close to beach and shops. Layout of flat was good. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge freezer, washing machine, big tv & wi fi.

Although in a good location for amenities the actual road was strewn with litter and shopping trolleys. The flat had a good layout but it was not clean cobwebs on the walls, floors dirty and shower tray was covered in black mould, dining chairs were stained. There was a washing machine but didn't use it as no drying rail. We were on the ground floor and venetian blinds in front room were grubby and broken so didn't feel safe sitting in there at night with light on as people could see in and there were a lot of people hanging about at night so tended to stay in back room. We came back to flat several nights and front door to the block had been left open so didn't feel particularly safe.

Wouldn’t stay there again

It was comfortable

The cooker didn’t work unable to cook anything without setting smoke alarm off, not enough kitchen utensils the frying pan handle was falling off couldn’t cook anything in oven no tray etc, when called the owner told me to cook with the windows open, two of the four blinds were broken, no instructions on how to use anything, constant smell of cannabis from other flats would be fuming if I had small children, sold on the promise of a large double it was a standard double, and the standards of the apartment didn’t look like the picture on the advert

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!The worst place we’ve ever stayed in.

Everything. The place was dirty and mouldy. The apartment did not look like anything on pictures on the website. The whole street area was dirty and messy. Contacted owners but they did not reply. The bathroom was the worst. Mould everywhere. The floors were not clean. Only had enough cutlery and crockery for 3 people if your lucky. The fridge was disgusting inside. Broken blinds in living area. One of the so called bedrooms could not close the door due to the bed being in the way. Broken furniture. Could not sit on one of the sofas. The tv had no signal. Wi-Fi was rubbish at best. Worse than what we imagine student accommodation would be. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Not even worth less than a quarter of what we paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Passable

The location was excellent. Very close to the pier. Easy check in and access to keys Good check in instructions and great to have parking permit for the duration of the stay. Space was suitable for the family.

1) the security was not great as the main front door does not shut very well so found it open most of the time. 2) the general feel of the apartment was.not clean. The floors was not clean, cutlery and plates and glass ware, cooking pots and pans was not clean . Found lipstick mark on the glasses. Bathroom not clean. 3) sofa uncomfortable as it sinks when you sit 4) Dining chairs felt unsafe when sitting it wobbles a lot 5) general look of the apartment unkempt.

Very good

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location, close to the town centre and the beach. The parking permit was very handy as it is very hard to find a parking space in the area without having that permit.

Unfortunately not the owner's fault, but the road is dirty. Rubbish everyone but again that is to do with people's lack of respect and not directly with this amazing property.

Easy location. Great communication. Had everything you need.

Shower couldn't be turned down, 40deg on bolier burnt children. Floor was dirty when we arrived ( nothing quick sweep didn't sort)
