Really nice apartment, convenient location and very helpful hosts.

Clean, modern, bright. Fully equipped. Had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were great with communication which made for a really easy checkin/checkout.

Not really a ‘didn’t like’ but be aware that when they say that the entry to the parking lot is tight…it is tight! I had a Nissan Qashqai rental car and it did fit down the private road but there is a section that requires a bit of slow maneuvering. Also the car park itself is small and cramped when full. I’d recommend reversing into the allocated space so you can drive out forwards. The only other thing worth a mention is that the mattress in the main bedroom is very soft and feels like it sinks…again not really an issue for me, I can sleep anywhere :)

information regarding access to the property wasn't clear missing info for key pad, was asked to pay an additional £20 to access the property at 2pm when you have to depart at 11am - 3hrs to clean should be sufficient time. The description says seafront which it wasn't so a little disappointed on that. It wasn't advised that scaffolding was put outside the property. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on even for kids. However, it was clean and nice apartment just not sure it warrants £250 per night.

parking was terrible and had to pay because someone else was using the space allocated got hold off the owner and told park on road which want very safe with younger people drinking out there so cost an additional £36 pound

Spacious Apartment in great location

Stayed in the 1 bed next door last year and was very impressed so booked this time into 2 bed as only available. Easy keyless access, good location, parking behind or opposite the building. Spacious rooms and living area. Nikki & Stef the hosts were really great with constant communication to ensure everything was OK. Would definitely recommend again.

Although not a problem for me, just be mindful that there are no lifts as its a listed building so if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues might find this difficult and would need to make a few trips up and down the narrow stairs.

Fantastic hosts, lovely apartment, but noisy road and pub nearby spoilt the stay.

The interior of the apartment was exceptional. lovely kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds. The hosts too are great. So organised and efficient with great communication.

The apartment is on a very busy and noisy road with heavy loud traffic throughout the night. There is also a bar/pub somewhere nearby that was playing very loud music until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. Ordinarily neither would be a problem in the colder months with the windows closed but in the summer during a heatwave when we needed the windows open it was so loud and made it so hard to sleep.

Everything was nicely modern decorated, lovely decor throughout the flat, comfy beds, accurate photos on Booking and very smooth keyless check in. Well worthy and it was a nice experience!😊

The penthouse was beautiful, the cleanliness let it down a little bit.

We were not told how narrow the route to the parking was until a few days prior to arrival at which point it was to late to cancel. The penthouse could have been cleaned a bit better, chairs had sand on it, there was food in the floor, the dishwasher stunk, there poo on all the windows and there were far to many flys and bugs for my liking.

Amazing! If you can afford it, go for it!

Very clean, great facilities, complementary toiletries and tea/coffee etc. Very friendly service and understanding flexible hosts. Great communication and amazing shower!

Towels provided are small.

Great location to explore this part of Norfolk, it's a short walk to the beach. Stef and Nikki were helpful and had great communication/customer service. The apartment is clean and tidy, the photos online are accurate. Would happily book again
