Absolute winner for your stay in Great Yarmouth

Total upside surprise, Friendly and accommodating hosts, excellent location, good parking with CCTV, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (full English on request), walking distance to the attractions of Great Yarmouth and not at all expensive, so money in the budget for going out on the town!

Great place. Great location. Great breakfast.

I must express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I experienced during my stay. They exhibited remarkable friendliness and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience, and I commend their outstanding efforts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the single bedroom, appreciating its overall comfort. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the temperature, as it was a bit warm during the night. Regrettably, I was unable to open the bedroom window to allow for some fresh air circulation, resulting in a somewhat restless night due to occasional discomfort. Despite this, I would certainly consider returning for another stay, provided the availability of a room with improved ventilation for a more pleasant sleep experience.

Amazing host

My experience at St. Anne's was truly wonderful. The exceptionally friendly host made my working Christmas break much less frustrating :D The welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay provided a comforting "home away from home" feeling. The highlight was undoubtedly the delightful breakfast, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly appreciate the efforts of the host, which significantly contributed to the warm and pleasant ambience. St. Anne's stands out as a place where hospitality turns a working holiday into a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues in the ensuite bathroom. The room itself was clean and warm, but the bathroom felt a bit cold. The noticeable black areas in the shower indicated a need for silicone/caulk replacement, giving an impression of dirt. Despite these concerns, there were no other issues during my stay. Overall, a cozy experience with just a few maintenance points to address in the bathroom for an even more pleasant stay.

I enjoyed it so much I stayed a second night.The free parking is also a bonus

It was very friendly and relaxed.Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.I also liked the little fridge.

I dont think anything needed improving .My room, was simple but clean.The price was the lowest i have paid for an hotel in about 10 years!

Larry and Linda reslly made me feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel was well-laid out and there were all of the amenities I needed during my stay. Larry and Linda could not have been more helpful, they really made it a home from home on Christmas Eve

Greatness In Great Yarmouth With The Added Bonus Of Dogs

This was my second visit to this guest house and I can officially say I have found favourite hotel in Great Yarmouth, owners are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and clean, easy parking and to top it off they have dogs!! If you do visit make sure you bring some treats lol

It was OK for a couple of days.

Place was clean and adequate . Owners were nice and friendly.

Booking .com said it was a larger room with 4 beds..it wasnt ..it was small with 1 double bed . I think it was booking .coms fault..not the owners.

What a great time we had. Everything was close by and we were looked after really well. Loved it.

Our room was very clean and spacious, We had a private bathroom next door with a shower and a big corner bath in it. The breakfast was very tasty and Linda and Larry made sure we had everything we needed. They made us very welcome and looked after us really well. The location was perfect,right near the seafront. We really enjoyed our stay.

look no further than St. Annes hotel when looking for a nice place to stay in Great Yarmouth

clean, lovely atmosphere , wonderful owners and the location is perfect in relation to The pier and amusements and shops. Close enough to the main attractions but just out the way of them enough to still have a peaceful nights sleep

Good breakfast, comfy beds, nice room. Location close to all attractions, beach and town. Nice couple Linda and Larry who run the establishment. This is the second time we've been here and always good value for money.

Very good

The B&B is located very close to the beach and not far from the town centre. The breakfast was very good and set me up for the day. The B&B has a very relaxed and chilled out vibe, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much. I would definitely book again as it ticked every box.

Had a good shower, decent size room, a few amenities,

Don't want to be too hasty.. but as we're being asked to review we need to be honest for ourselves...bunk beds were really sqeeky, bed was uncomfortable, constant noise coming from above every night, no change of bedding during 5 days ...breakfast was nice but Ltd choice and only met landlord ..not landlady until we left..but nice people...abit expensive really ...sorry ..though you do pay more for peak times ...was just ok sorry.

Yarmouth few day stay

Breakfast, the location and the friendly staff. Room was perfect too, it could have done with a lift as was on th third floor and mum has difficulty with stairs.

No lift, but not the end of the world.

Enjoyable stay!

The people that ran it were so kind and helpful. They let us drop off our bags because we were a bit early. The breakfast was good. My son and I loved that they had the sweetest dogs too. It was a really lovely stay in a very convenient location. Thank you so much!

The pillows & bed could have been a bit more comfy for me, but it might be a different preference for others.
